No wardrobe, no drawers, no luggage stands. Few hanging spaces and 2 shelves totally inadequate for Seniors. TV wand in English language. No tv programmes available in English subtitles.

A truly beautiful boutique hotel set in a historic building with a unique and charming design. The rooms are stylish and spacious, featuring authentic wooden parquet floors that add a lot of character (yes, they even have that classic creaky feel, which I personally loved). My room was very large and extremely comfortable, with a huge bathroom that felt luxurious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming — they even accommodated an early check-in, which was much appreciated after the journey. The hotel also has a small gym, but it’s well-equipped with everything you need for a decent workout. There is also a sauna available, although it operates on a pre-booking basis, and unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try it.
As a note rather than a downside: if you’re planning your trip around walking in the city center, keep in mind that the hotel is not located right in the center. You’ll need a short ride to get there, but it’s still very manageable.

The staff are very helpful. The interior is stylish, it smells great, and the bed is super comfy. Having a towel warmer in the room is just brilliant.
The shower cubicle door doesn’t close properly, so water is leaking onto the floor. The pipes under the sink seem leaking.

Amazing place to stay. If you are seeking some Vieannese specialty and not just a regular hotel that is definitely a place for you to stay.

the close proximity to train station was great. instruction to get in was thorough and made it easy to enter. the room was very spacious and clean. the art decor was nice and welcoming.
the shower drainage was bad and leaked water all over bathroom floor.

Everything, I absolutely loved it. The design was stunning: very clean, artistic blend of new and old, and thoughtfully curated. I especially appreciated the fashion magazines and art books, such a beautiful touch that added to the whole aesthetic. The room felt spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and overall the experience felt far more luxurious than the price would suggest. You can really tell there was a lot of care and consideration put into every detail of the hotel, especially in the beautiful restoration of the building. Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay, I truly loved it here and would definitely come back.
There was nothing I didn’t like! I cannot wait to go back.
