Everything, I absolutely loved it. The design was stunning: very clean, artistic blend of new and old, and thoughtfully curated. I especially appreciated the fashion magazines and art books, such a beautiful touch that added to the whole aesthetic.
The room felt spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and overall the experience felt far more luxurious than the price would suggest. You can really tell there was a lot of care and consideration put into every detail of the hotel, especially in the beautiful restoration of the building.
Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay, I truly loved it here and would definitely come back.
There was nothing I didn’t like! I cannot wait to go back.

It’s one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in all my trips. The building is an amazing historic building decorated with elegance and style. The room was comfortable and spacious and the staff extremely helpful.
Easily an excellent value for money choice.

The location is great! It's within a 10-minute walk to entrances U1 and U2. The staff are very friendly.
The soundproofing in this room is terrible! People next door often suspect someone is in their room when they walk around, and the wooden planks constantly creak.

Loved having a very spacious & luminous room, with a big bathroom (with bathtub & shower) and loved the sauna.
Location is quite convenient 2 minutes away from bus/tram and 7 minutes from the metro (it takes only 15 min to go to the center by transportation)
It would have been amazing to have a breakfast in the hotel

The room/apartment was basically perfect. Almost everything added to a quality and premium stay.
Unfortunaly the early morning was terribly noisy. Due to facing a street which has a tram there is always some passive rumbling. But there real problem was the street cleaning car, which made a terrible noise, coming back even between 7-8:30. I don’t know if this is every morning.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were excellent! Location is also very convenient and in a quiet, lovely neighbourhood.
It took a long time for warm water to flow in the shower, but I think that’s somewhat to be expected in older buildings

Nothing after our horrible experience with them
The most awful and horrible experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
We stayed for four nights and spent most of the time freezing because the heater in our room was broken in -10 c weather. Despite reporting it from day one, nothing was properly fixed. The weather was extremely cold, the duvets were thin, and the room was unbearably uncomfortable. One day we had no hot water at all, which made the situation even worse. We wore our hats and outside jumpers to sleep.
When we complained, the receptionist Santiago was rude, dismissive, and actually shouted at us, accusing us of exaggerating and lying about the situation. We were made to feel uncomfortable and disrespected rather than helped. This kind of treatment towards paying guests is completely unacceptable.
On the final night we were moved to a much better room ( we had booked a deluxe room from the start) which only confirmed that our earlier conditions were completely avoidable. Management, more specifically Tatiana, later promised a partial refund because of the issues we experienced. However, this refund was never honoured. Despite following up 3 times, they ignored their promise and instead offered an empty gesture of a future discount to return to the hotel, which is meaningless as we have no intention of ever staying here again after this experience. We came for a city break which was completely ruined by this experience.
Between the freezing room, broken heater, lack of hot water, thin bedding, being shouted at by staff, and broken promises about compensation, this was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. Avoid them, there are far better options elsewhere.
