The hotel was very clean, big room, quiet area though there was noisy roadwork going on outside during our stay. In general it was quiet, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The AC was broken which led to the room being extremely hot.

The room, cool relaxing style, very zen vibes.

Nice location, close to the river - 20min walk to pier 22
2 different metros 10min walk
100 EUR deposit.
The AC was ok, but random loud sound (can’t keep on during the evening)
Didn’t know where the sauna/fitness area was (no signs)

A chic and comfortable hotel, with excellent value for money ! The rooms were spacious and elegantly designed with good amenities and staff were very helpful. Will definitely visit again.
Would be great if there was a buffet / a la carte breakfast option

We had an upgraded room that was modern and spacious whilst maintaining the integrity of the building. Super clean and stylishly refurbished. Staff very helpful. 10 min walk to the U Bahn.

The photos are very accurate: it looks like a palace and, in fact, it is. A beautiful place, you will enjoy your stay
Nothing to criticise, just possibly as little improvements I’d recommend to add some toiletries/cosmetic samples (very useful for the guests who travel light) and some drinking water (although, yes, tap water in Vienna is not that bad)

The room was very spacious and nice. I used the gym twice and it was great, good equipment and like the room, spacious. The location is good and easy access to both U1 and U2. There are good food and coffee places in walking distance as well as Donau and Prater.
The weather was so hot and it would have been nice to be show the air con. I think some complimentary water should also be provided.
