We have now stayed twice in this hotel. The location is perfect and very well serviced by public transport and the hotel has a really nice vibe. The rooms are spacious and in immaculate conditions, and the bathrooms are huge and finished beautifully.
Perhaps a better use of the entrance chamber of the rooms. A standing mirror would be great in there and another item of furniture to make the space feel less pointless.

The room has everything we usually look for in a hotel: comfy bed and big duvet, bathrobes, streaming opportunities on the tv, good shampoo and good shower (and even bathtub in the superior room). Staff was really kind. One day we only had cold water running in the shower and they gave us a new room (even with an upgrade to the suite). The rooms were really stylish.
The location was perfect, super easy and fast to get to the center with either U1 or U2
The only thing I missed was having a kettle in the room. Otherwise me and my boyfriend agree this was the perfect hotel for us

Beautiful building, excellent location (especially for trade fairs), great restaurant in the garden in back, and close proximity to many restaurants and the subway

The room and the staff were perfect!
There was construction near the hotel, so it was quite noisy in the morning.
The fact that there are no staff from 10pm may not be appealing to everyone.

The interiors of the building and the room are stunning. The room and the bathroom were spacious, tastefully decorated and filled with natural light. The tv has all the ott chanels which was a plus for me. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and is a few stops away by metro from the city centre.
Very poor housekeeping. Bathrooms were not deep cleaned once during my 5 nights of stay. No hot water kettle in the room. Bathing towels and some more toiletries like a shower cap etc would take the hotel up a notch. The safety deposit locker in my room took a few trials to operate correctly. The door lock on the room is also not the easiest to operate.
