It was a lovely experience with this hotel. Very good and safe location, near subway (u2, u1). Quite area. Good communication with staff. It is possible to use gym.

A beautiful place that felt luxurious but maintained a friendly ‘cool’ vibe. Such wonderful high ceilings, great decor and colours. And facilities like a beautiful sauna and an outstanding restaurant that was reasonably priced … and a great location. What’s not to love?

The hotel itself and the location were nice. Very clean and nice area
After we left, they charged us 20 euro for each hotel card we did not return. We left very early the morning of our check out and did not know where to return the keys. There was no drop off box at the front desk door or anything. I have never been charged for hotel key cards at any hotel I've ever stayed at, yet they charged 20 euro EACH. Seemed like a scam to be honest. Nobody even told us to leave them anywhere (not that we wanted to keep them). The person who checked us in never mentioned anything to us about that. If they were going to charge 20 euro each, they should say something up front and not rely on a paper they hand out.

We stayed in this old palace with designer rooms for a very decent price. Staff was nice and helpful. We had a shower drain issue and they resolved it immediately. The hotel is located in 10 minutes walking distance to metro stations. There are nice restaurants and cafes in the area.
Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The room was a bit dusty (visible dust on the bed headboard and couch).

This is a really nicely decorated property Room was big enough with an entranceway perfect for suitcases Big bathroom and plenty of plug sockets. Nice to have the coffee machine Air conditioning
No bath, bathroom needed a little refurbishment especially around the windows/blinds due to damp environment
