The place is clean and cute and in a good location. The rooms are small and mostly made out of a Kitchen that if you don’t need it just cramps things in. Also the lack of dedicated front desk is inconvenient but Staff people are nice and can guide through the self check in and checkout if needed

Very nicely decorated place. The staff is very nice. We had a problem with rooms (Booking did not forward a request to the hotel) and the manager handled it excellently and to our satisfaction.

The loft was clean, comfortable and nice. The whole idea of having the reception on the last floor is great! The loft had everything needed, all utensils, towels, etc.
The location is great, I think that during the summer time it’s really nice, because Zoku is next to Prater. A lot of attractions and carousels. We stayed in November, some of the attractions operated, but not all of them and it was cold.
Next to Zoku there is a restaurant Neni am Prater - also highly recommended.

Just keep in mind one thing, you need to respect the check-out time, because we were 10 minutes late and the door and phone kept ringing for us to leave ?

Many of the things that are written by others.
1. The bed was too soft which was bad for my back. I was told that nothing could be done.
2. There was a lot of noise from Prater in the evening and night.
3. There was a lot of noise in the early morning.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Loft was really spacious and balcony was amazing. Location is perfect with very short U-bahn ride(3 stops) to city center. I would definitely stay here again!
