Many of the things that are written by others.
1. The bed was too soft which was bad for my back. I was told that nothing could be done.
2. There was a lot of noise from Prater in the evening and night.
3. There was a lot of noise in the early morning.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Loft was really spacious and balcony was amazing. Location is perfect with very short U-bahn ride(3 stops) to city center. I would definitely stay here again!

The fact that we had autonomy. No one bothered us with any unnecessary things. The self check-in was nice. There was a lot of info for us to really understand how Zoku works.

What a great place to stay ! Friendly staff (sidekicks). Our room was clean, new and had everything that we wanted. Excellent soundproofing and perfect heating/cooling. A great bar/lounge & rooftop terrace.
23€ seemed high for breakfast, but there's a kitchen in the room :)

Extremely disappointing experience at ZOKU Hotel. We were told by the supervisors, Lara and Maryann, that we couldn’t eat our own food in the common lobby area because “there’s a restaurant in the hotel.” This was entirely incorrect — the lobby is a shared guest space and part of the overall hotel experience. Instead of managing the situation with professionalism and hospitality, they enforced nonexistent rules and created a scene. What should have been a simple and respectful interaction turned into unnecessary confrontation, reflecting a poor understanding of what genuine guest experience means.
This is the real issue. We did not approach the restaurant or request to eat our dinner there. We specifically asked the supervisors for permission to eat in the lobby area — on the opposite side, far from the restaurant. We fully respected the restaurant’s space and had no intention of dining there.
The problem is not about bringing food into a “restaurant”; it is that your hotel does not provide a proper lobby or neutral common area for guests. Every professional hotel offers such a space, and it is unreasonable to expect guests to eat on the street or in their rooms simply because they bring outside food.
For full transparency, ZOKU should clearly state on Booking.com that there is no proper lobby available for guests and that outside food is strictly forbidden in all common areas. This information is essential for travelers to know in advance, as it directly affects comfort and convenience during their stay.
This was not a misunderstanding — it was a failure of service.

Beyond what I expected. Zoku was so friendly and cool, I cannot describe in a tiny description. You have to experience the awesomeness yourself.
Nothing really. Perfect for what I was looking for. Could have been 10% less expensive, but I won't complain. Cheers! Long live Zoku! I wouldn't go anywhere else if they have a room.

Very special and pleasant atmosphere in the common rooftop area, great location with subway, the Prater and the University all next door, bike rental in the hotel, great and healthy breakfast, and cool rooms.
The amusement park of the Prater starts directly at the hotel, so until 11 pm there is some noise from the roller coaster to be heard. But solid windows, so not too bad.

The building is clean and beautifully maintained, the staff is extremely friendly . the rooms were wonderful, very quiet , with all the amenities needed for a short or long-term stay. The restaurant was excellent also. Very close to a subway station. We really enjoyed Zoku, hoping they continue to expand into other cities
