Nice apartment with everything you need for few days in Vienna. Great location. U6 few minutes walking. Free parking 300m from the hotel. Lidl and many supermarkets close but also plenty of places to eat outside. Easy self check in and out process. I recommend it.

Wonderful
It was a recent refurbished and very clean room, especially the bed sheets and towels. it is big enough for 2 persons. Amenties, kitchen equipment and facilities were excelent! Good locatiom next to the metro station. even we interacted with the staff onlt through messages and e-msils we received very clear indications on how to arrive, on line checkin and out, access in the room and garage.
The matress and pillows were too soft.

The room is really clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom is excellent. The staff was very friendly and supportive, I had some requests and they promptly supported me.
I was worried that the reception was staffed until 4pm and I had to make my check in late in the evening, but the instructions were super clear and their automated check in prices worked perfectly and smoothly.
Not that this was a problem, but the apartments are not located at Vienna historic downtown. However they are less than 8 min walk from the 2 main subway lines. Took us around 20 min to get to historic downtown.

The house is in a very good condition, as well as the room. The room itself was nice and comfortable. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood, some of them really nice, but reservation is highly recommended (they fill quickly, especially on weekends - including breakfast).
Our sofa was converted to a second bed without any reason (we have booked stay for 2).

Nice apartment-Lisa was great and very helpful- nice location with easy access to public transportation - nice parking included since off site bit easy to get to. Nice access to washer and dryer.
Originally had a couch in room and with upgrade no couch would prefer couch. Need better ventilation over stove. Lisa provided a suction fan to eliminate issue. Towel rack not working

The apartment was very exclusive. With a unique style and details. The host was very friendly and ready to help at any time. Easy check-in and check-out. The location is close to Schonbrunn Palace . Also nearby there was a cafe and a nice square with many shops.

I loved it! Its clean, relaxing, charming and full of character! Very nicely furnished and fully equipped, they pay close attention to close details.
Its walking distance to EVERYTHING! Offers free parking, and has a laundry room on each floor.
The place was perfect, central location, walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shopping. We loved the place so much, we changed our travel plans to spend another day there.

The apartment overall was good and comfy.
The parking ticket was lacking as I was staying for 4 days which is 3 nights and the tickets were provided was only 3 tickets which made me pay for the last day which costs 11 euros. But i had a problem exiting as the gate closed before me clearing tge payment and had to wait for someone to come and open the garage door. Also the parking location is a bit far from the accommodation.

Apartment was clean, well maintained, had all that is needed for a comfortable stay, and looked very nice - it was really pleasant to stay inside and have some wine on the balcony. Late check-in and free parking were also a great plus for us.
No complaints. Probably one of the best apartments I stayed in while visiting Vienna.

The apartment was beautiful and fully equipped. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was clean. It was also quiet at night - the windows were soundproof, so it was perfect for a person, who has trouble sleeping at night. The location is also great - it was close to the metro and there were many markets nearby. The apartment provides free parking, which is located one street away. Overall, the apartment is definitely worth its price.

Everything was perfect. It's nicely located, very quiet, super clean and comfortable, well equipped, staff is very responsive. The free parking is a nice perk, the garage is located 3 mins away by foot and you get 1day prepaid cards for it (multiple ones if staying multiple days). Really nice place, we stayed twice here so far and will come back again whenever in Vienna.

Overall the hotel is not bad. Its nicely build, its neat. Its one of those better ones for sure. The street in front of the hotel is fairly quiet but not all the time. The parking garage is near by and it was not the worst garage i saw. A good tip here - after u park your car make sure u keep the parking ticket with u at all times. Coz u will exit the garage walking up some very dirty stinky stairs and via a door that leads to a street. U will also go back the same way but to be able to do that u need to scan your parking ticket on the entry door . There is a scanner on the door that is easy to miss. So remember u can exit no problemo but cant enter the garage unless u scan the ticket .
And about the paying system in the garage - u insert the first ticket u got at your arrival and then the second ticket u get from the hotel. Nothing else. Two tickets right after each other.
I will not book this hotel again. There were many small details that made my stay unpleasant - horrible mattresses, paper thin floors so we had to listen to the guests above us stomping till 2am., ghetto area, screaming kids from the opposite building, small garden turned out to be just a smoking area. The major issue that made me not like this place was that after our arrival there was a blackout caused by a near by building. 30 minutes passed by and no one called or came to inform us what was happening. So i called the one and only emergency number that is provided for each guest but no one picked up. I called several times. I texted them. Nothing. Long story short, the incident caused some small issues but im not gonna go into details. The hotel not picking up their "emergency line" is just irresponsible. For me its a hard pass. DO BETTER!
