All the staff very professional and friendly. The location was handy, with a tram line right outside. Close to nice restaurants. Quiet room. Very clean, no smell. Spacious bathroom.
The bed was quite indented in the middle, even though it had a thick topper on the mattress (although that made it even more bulky around the edges as it seemed too large for the mattress itself), so I couldn't keep my straight when sleeping.

Spacious room and hotel is close to city center.
The hotel looks like you stepped into the 80s, everything so oldfashioned, you can tell not a dime was invested for decades. I would never in my wildest dreams imagine such a hotel can get 5 stars.

We are very disappointed with our stay. Since early morning there has been loud construction work right next to the hotel, which makes it impossible to sleep or rest. Unfortunately, this really affected our experience and comfort. We expected a peaceful stay, but this was not the case.

Amazing staff from the moment we arrived Our wedding anniversary was noted and we had complimentary cava and chocolates in our room. Spa was lovely and slept well in the quiet rooms. Breakfast was outstanding…. So much choice to choose from. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location and the staff fantastic from the front desk to the concierge to the valets. Breakfast amazing! Obay and Adnen the valets were especially helpful to me and so kind. A home away from home!

Location on the main street. Easy to get to the center on foot. As you enter the hotel you see lights, Christmas trees, it delights you. Large, clean room. I stayed on the 7th floor, instant hot water. On the day I arrived, being 10 in the morning, I left my luggage until check-in was done after 3 p.m.
