The location was very good and the bar and restaurant premises were very fancy and nice. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The pool was top to pass the time during a rainy day. The coffee machine was available in the room , and still water provided every day.
The room was not properly cleaned, there was always dust. The room has moquette which is not giving a feeling of cleanliness. The corridors on the room floor were smelling bad, I suppose due to the old moquette.

Staff was manly friendly and helpful. Room service is fast and reliable. Hotel is very clean.
Rooms are small. Staff are very stingy and will argue with you for any additional bottle of water, soap bar or a small shampoo bottle. We were 3 people in a room and they were bringing only 2 small bottles of water in a room implying that it is only allowed 2 bottles per room regardless of how many people are in the room. They never leave an extra soap or extra bottle of lotion. One of the staff member was arguing with me for a half an hour for just $10 euros of difference in the bill. I was ready to pay him $20 so he would just let the issue go.

The central location made it very easy to get around by foot, and the lovely Stadtpark is just across the street. The room was comfortable and clean, and it was always quiet at night with the window cracked open. The food served at the breakfast buffet and Parkring restaurant was tasty and convenient.
I wanted to use the pool but it was always very crowded. Also, the fridge in the room was unlocked when I first entered the room, but it was locked the next day and I was told you have to pay extra to use it. This was inconvenient, as I bought refrigerated items from the supermarket thinking I could use the fridge.
