We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect—close to many attractions, restaurants, and everything we wanted to see, which made getting around so easy. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The hotel also has a very good location
Unfortunately, our stay at the Vienna Marriott was very disappointing. When we arrived around 11:30 PM, there was no one available to assist us with our luggage, so we had to take all our bags to our rooms ourselves. We were told that the Concierge team was no longer available. Check-in also took far too long

Nice hotel but rather drab, feels old. Staff was helpful although check in took ages as we unfortunately arrived early. Wonderful location that makes up for the other parts that could do with some fine tuning.

Good breakfast. The receptionist, Judith, is very nice and helpful. She recommended many excellent restaurants to us.
Faulty toilet bowl. Insufficient bottled water on day 1, and only two pairs of slippers. I suppose the housekeeper knows the number of people residing in the room. Overall, good experience in this hotel.

Excellent location in walking distance to Stephansplatz. The rooms were spacious and nice. Helpful staff at the breakfast area. The Garten Cafe had excellent food and dessert.
