This the best hostel ever. Seriously. The kindest staff, daily activities, warm and friendly common areas, amazing breakfast and pay as you feel dinners, super clean, all around good vibes. They also served me the BEST cheese toastie I've ever had (with an egg on top).

Everyone was friendly, the common areas were nice and clean and it had an all around good vibe. They had different activities planned daily by volunteers and dinner was also cooked by volunteers. It also had a very artsy vibe, and sold postcards drawn by a previous guest which I thought was pretty cool! It was a great experience!

Good location right next to Westbahn train station. The hostel provides very detailed information regarding places to eat, visit, tours etc in Vienna and overall just really nice. The hostel is just really lovely and I'd highly recommend it!
One of the blinds in our room was broken, so it let a little light into the room in the morning but a very minor thing that just needs to be fixed.

Breakfast is the best!!! Staff is okay. Room is small, but clean. Shower were clean as well. Toilets depending on the time were clean too. Drinking water available.
Hot water!!!! If you need hot water BE AWARE this might be a problem. Out of a week, for two days I couldn’t have hot water, only cold! I think they can handle two showers at the same time.

Very good location near to trams and the underground and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hostel itself was very nice with a cute garden. The reataurant has some good options.. The staff were friendly and the price was good.
No hooks in the room for wet towels.

It’s the perfect hostel, exactly as a hostel should be. Daily activities (mostly for free), good facilities (a large kitchen with 2 separate stoves for cooking, a large fridge, free teas, cooking oil and seasonings). The hostel was clean and had a really nice vibe. Relaxed during the daytime, would be a good place to work remotely. More active from 7 onwards when the bar opens for happy hour. And the pale ale is tasty. Free homemade lemonade in the afternoon. The guests are nice and people are always down to go out at night.
Free lockers for when you checkout but want to leave your stuff.
Near lots of shops and also restaurants. I heard the breakfast is really good too. Family dinners in the evening, most of which are suitable for vegans.
I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels and this is definitely in my top 5.
It’s perfect but you have to make your own bed (put the sheets on) which is slightly annoying, especially if you check in in the evening. Also no curtains on the bed but no big deal. My roomies were nice.

I genuinely arrived fearing that so many things could go wrong - from dirty facilities, to poor communication with staff, to loud noises during the night and even dangerous or antisocial situations. This hostel was the absolute opposite. I was welcomed with a big smile and a glass of free lemonade, the room was spotless and very cute and cozy, the location was perfect to get anywhere either city centre or attractions like the Schönbrunn, there were quiet hours (10pm - 8am) which were actually followed, allowing me to get a good night's rest, people were friendly but not pushy to socialise and made me feel welcomed quickly. I mostly did my own thing during the day so didn't get to try the food at the hostel, but it did look delicious! I really liked this place, and I would definitely go back in a hearbeat. Also my single en suite room beat all the prices from all the other available facilities I could find. Shout out to all the good people who volunteer/ work at the hostel, danke schön!
The only suggestions I could make would be that the light in the room to be more bright, the bedroom mirror would be better positioned on the toilet door (facing the room) as it was very difficult to use in its current position, and a mat to be placed in the toilet, as the towel that was on the floor did make things quite messy more than often.

If you love talking to strangers, this is the perfect place. Beautiful hostel, there is something for everyone here. Made some great friends and the vibes were incredible! Staff are lovely too, especially Samuel who’s always busy from the pub quiz to drying the dishes. I will miss this place !!
