Very nice and cosy hostel. The room was very big, so it felt comfortable even with several other people, and in a different building across the road, which meant it was nice and quiet even if there was an event in the main building. The room looked new-ish and was clean. Each bed had a shelf, an electric socket and a lamp, plus the lockers didn't require a lock (the keycard to the room worked as a key to the locker as well), which is pretty convenient. The staff was nice and helpful, and common areas were cosy. There's a bar inside the hostel and you can buy breakfast of your choice each morning. Also dinners are available. The location is also nice - back street, which means no significant noise, but close to shops, tram stops and not very far from West Bahnhof, where you can take a train or a subway to the city center. Also they let you keep your stuff in lockers after checkout for free, that was really nice. There was a lot of other stuff I didn't even use, like papers you could take with directions to close popular tourist spots, social events, public transport tickets for great price, etc. All in all, there was basically nothing I disliked.
The only thing I wasn't entirely happy about is the ensuite bathroom - given there were 6 people in the room, it was constantly occupied and the floor was always wet despite it being cleaned every day. At least the toilet had its own room. But hey, that's just the price you have to pay for being able to use the bathroom without leaving the room, so I'm not really complaining. It would just be nice if there was some sort of "public" bathroom in case you were in a hurry and someone decided to take their time in your room's bathroom (and I don't mean a toilet, obviously there is a toilet near the reception).

The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. There are many common areas suited for socialising or if you're looking for some downtime, including a courtyard and living area with a comfy lounge. The activities at night are perfect for meeting other people without having to go outside.
Breakfast is not free - you order and pay at the reception. The lockers in my dorm were in an awkward position where I had to go between other people's bunks to access them.

1. Quite close to Westbahnof station, so could travel anywhere in Vienna from this station
2. Hostel is clean and tidy at all times. Bathrooms were well maintained. Kudos to the staff for maintaining the hostel clean.
3. Daily dinners prepared for the hostellers (pay as you wish - but minimum 5€ is expected)
4. Daily lemonade drink available for free
5. Beds were super comfortable
6. Quiet hours were observed at all days, so if you wanted to spend the evening in your room there won’t be noise from the common area after 10pm
7. Daily activities in the common area organised for the hostellers, so a good chance to interact with your fellow hostellers
1. The keycard system to enter your room - while I understand it has benefits especially for security, it becomes a bit of a bother when you step out of your room without the keycard (then you have to get somebody to open the door - either someone in the room or the reception staff).

A too small room for four people, without any shell or place where to put clothes and things. The only window was a door on the garden with a curtain.
