Spacious, comfortable accommodations with secure bicycle storage, an excellent location, and exceptional staff. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible when my flight was canceled and repeatedly delayed before my arrival.

The friendly atmosphere here is notable. The staff is very kind and helpful. The laundry machines are great to have on a long trip. The kitchen is great and the garden seating area is lovely. There is a pay as you wish dinner and coordinated group events most nights. This hostel makes a lot of effort to build community. We enjoyed our stay here very much.
The garden closes at night which made it harder for me to get to the laundry room during that time.

This hostel has an amazing community and culture of fellow travelers! Bar on the bottom floor, guitars and piano for use, tons of board games and lounge space for hanging out and getting to know folks from all over. Amazing staff and great location for sightseeing in Vienna. Nearby major metro station!

Lovely hostel, doing everything they can to make it friendly and comfortable!
Nice clean facilities, very helpful and friendly staff, communal dinner (donation based), espresso machine (2-3 EUR).
You can “rent” a transportation card for 5 EUR per day (50 EUR deposit).
Easy free baggage storage.
I would definitely stay here again!!
Not walking distance to the center or central train station, but that’s ok.

LOVED this hostel. It's the best of what hostels used to be- communal living, knowledgeable staff, a multitude of resources. It was great. I definitely recommend a) renting the transit pass. Totally worth it to be able to hop on and off transit all day long for such a low price; and b) Hostel Dinners. Again, totally worth it, great price, good food, and a chance to meet the people you're living with.
The ONLY thing I didn't like was a Front Desk staff member accusing me of stealing a roommate's jacket. 3 people checked out on the same day and I guess one person lost their jacket during that time...and somehow I was blamed. Not cool and ruined the rest of my time in the hostel tbh.

Very clean hostel and quiet neighborhood. Close to the train station and tram.
No air conditioning so the rooms are quite warm and uncomfortable to sleep in at night.

Lovely hostel with a great atmosphere and the location is very convenient for public transportation connections to all areas of Vienna. The common area is great and the bar and special events are a nice addition for evenings in. Also the dinner they offer was delicious.
The gardens are lovely but for those who factor this detail in, there is no smoking allowed in the garden, only on the street outside the hostel. Also the breakfast is not a buffet, it's a la carte, you order from the menu and pay for the items you order. But they do look amazing.

I loved this hostel, it’s one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in!
It’s exactly the kind of hostel I like: a place where you can meet people, but still have your privacy. It’s not a crazy party hostel, but they host social events and activities for guests to get to know each other and they respect silent hours.
Everyone who works at the hostel is super nice and friendly and they make you feel welcomed.
Breakfast is good, they have a laundry and a coffee machine and a clean kitchen. Everything you need is there.
I 100% recommend this place to anyone.
Everything was perfect, but if I had to say something I would suggest check out at 11am instead of 10am

The hotel staff were friendly, the location was fantastic, the bar had a great atmosphere, and the facilities were excellent.
