Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth is a charming and elegant hotel in a superb central location in Vienna. It combines classic Viennese character with a warm, refined atmosphere, making the stay both comfortable and memorable. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a central location. The atmosphere resembles the old Monarchy. Breakfast was served in a emperor's style.
The noise coming from the corridor in the morning. The room door doesn't help much with this. On the other hand the noise from the street was virtually none.

Excellent location for shops and city centre activities.
Everything was superb, the only tiny thing which could have been improved was the choice at breakfast. Everything served was excellent and very tasty, just some alternative options in the warm served food area would take the ratings even higher.

They upgraded me from a single to a double room on arrival. Everything I needed for my stay was in my room and the front desk were more than happy to help me if I needed anything. The breakfasts were great too and same with the beautiful interiors in the common areas. It was fantastic value for money
It didn't have a gym as far as I was aware, but I spent most of the day walking, sightseeing and going to concerts and the opera, so this wasn't necessary at all.

Location was in the centre.. Quiet room Charming communal space downstairs. Really helpful staff who volunteered to help me with boarding pass printing.. A new bathroom and a rekiable shower.
Room was a bit small and there wasn't much space to unpack the case. The shower was over the bath and I had to be very carefil not to slip as I stepped in and out.
