Wonderful
The location is perfect for touring and shopping. It is clean and very quiet. The staff is so kind and helpful and perfectly polite. I cannot praise the front desk staff enough for advice and helpfulness.
While my husband loved the firm mattress, I found it too hard. Otherwise there was nothing we didn’t like.

The staff were nice, good location.
The bed is hard as a rock, pillows are like pancakes, lots of City noise and our heat unit made awful noises throughout the night. I barely slept.

Superb location and elegant ambiance with very professional staff and good breakfast.
The room was small with no desk or table and chair to sit and write. The interiors are a bit faded and worn though I like the old wood floors.

Our room was beautiful and large. It was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. Breakfast was really excellent. Location cannot be beaten. Everything we wanted to see was walkable.

Superb location and a charming traditional hotel
They thankfully gave me an early check in and I was upgraded to a double room as well
They are trying to keep the old charm but there are some outdated furniture that needs renovation
The room could do with an electric kettle or a coffee maker!

Excellent friendly staff go out of the way to help you.
Towels are too small. The tub for taking the shower is ok but very hard to get in and out of for seniors. Coat of breakfasts is very high.

Location near the subway was nice. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
We did not use the hotel breakfast as it looked meager for such a nice place. However, there are many options nearby so this is only a minor quibble.

My flight arrived early in the morning, and I was told they'd be happy to store my luggage til check in at 3. They saw that I was tired and invited to rest in the lobby. A half hour later they came and told me my room was ready! What a life saver! I loved my room-- super high ceilings, thoughtfully furnished and ultra clean.
I really did like everything! I highly recommend this hotel. So centrally located but on a quiet side street off of Kartnerstrasse.
