The interior decor was superb and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Our taxi had to drop us off down the street as no parking was available ourside the hotel

I've stayed at several hotels in Vienna, and this one is by far the best. I hope to come back. It's a very pleasant, clean, and well-maintained hotel in the heart of the city

My impression is not good:
Hotel charged for 3 days, while I stayed only 2 days. Although initially personnel of hotel confirmed that decrease of the days would not cause any problems.
While leaving hotel personnel said that I have to pay 3 days stay referring to booking.com rules and promised to settle the issue if I write an email and explain everything.
At the end they rejected my request referring again to booking. Com rules..

Very pleasent stay in this hotel in centre of Vienna. Very calm, but just next the Stephans dom. Very clean. The breakfest was really very good.

Very friendly staff, the location cannot be beaten (I mean that literally - anything better would include actually living in St. Stephen's Cathedral), the interior design, the rooms, the bathroom.
You have to be aware that you are in the centre of the city, so there will be noise from people on the street. I also found the rooms to be slightly musty (easily rectified by opening the windows).
