This hotel is in the perfect location of the historic district. You can walk everywhere or take the Hop on Hop Off bus to see further highlights. The hotel room was immaculate and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options and good.

Very clean hotel. Staff are always going above and beyond to help guests experience a wonderful stay at the hotel. Excellent location, close to major sites for walking and also for underground.

Boutique style hotel.. A wonderful, quiet place, in the heart of the old town. Great helpful staff. If you want to visit theaters, concerts, enjoy restaurant food, admire the architecture of the old town - the hotel is a great choice.
As for a four-star hotel, the breakfast menu is too small, but it's definitely enough for a hearty meal :), for some reason there was no hair conditioner, I had to go to the store to buy it. Maybe the internet connection is poor due to the thick walls of the building. But these are small things that are easy to fix or just ignore and enjoy being there.

Breakfast was very good.
The only thing was the rooms do not have a coffee maker or kettle and neither does the hotel have room service as advertised. One has to pay a daily charge for a kettle which was not advertised.

This hotel is a wonderful choice and good value. Our first room was small with no view and bordered on claustrophic but we later asked for a change and our second room was more spacious with a slight view. There was a small fridge in the room. I have a bad back so the bed could have been a little more comfortable (mattress a bit thin and firm) but I managed to sleep okay. Housekeeping were great and the people working at Reception were wonderful, always ready to help. The breakfast which was included, was a bit basic (no eggs usually except for pre-boiled eggs) but it was enough to get you on the road. The hotel has an elevator. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and lots of sights including St Stephen's. At the entrance are the names of famous residents.
The bed could have been softer and the breakfast maybe expanded. The absence of a restaurant made things a little complicated as my friend was taking chemo pills for cancer and had to eat at certain hours so I had to go out to get food and bring it back. That said, I'm sure, for others, this wouldn't be a problem.

Wonderful
I liked the decor of the hotel and of the bedroom; also the SISI theme; and the chandeliers. The bed was comfortable. There was a list of TV channels which saved time looking for the ones that I wanted. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Wonderful
The location is outstanding. Right in the centre of the city but quiet in the rooms. Breakfasts are a very good buffet served by attentive staff. Front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
