hotel is the center of the city
The Hotel room’s price was EUR 81 cheaper at the Hotel’s own web site. I applied to Booking.com for price match and they accepted my application. But then I couldn’t get refund. Booking.com doesn’t even reply my emails. I feel disappointed.

Everything was all we could hope for. The staff in particular deserve full praise. They take real pride in providing 5 star customer service. Special thanks go to Bilana - our room attendant - who 'went the extra mile' on a day when I was feeling ill and unable to leave the room until late afternoon, long after she would normally have serviced it. She offered to come and service the room anyway and I really appreciated that as many hotels wouldn't have done that.
