I didn't like the breakfast taste and also whatever we ordered for room service was tasting bad !
Room wasn't so clean like the carpet and bathroom had lots of germs which was old !
In general didn’t like this hotel ! I was expecting more from Ritz and got so disappointed with my stay !
Pillow and Mattress Quality also very bad got neck pain during my stay !
In general didn't enjoy my stay here !

I had an excellent stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The staff were extremely friendly throughout my visit, and although I cannot remember all their names, I want to highlight Carina from Guest Relations for her exceptional support. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful weekend at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Vienna. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfectly suited to our needs. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. We highly recommend this lovely place for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful property and special thanks to NED the General manager and all the staff, they were all amazing. If you are a swimmer you will enjoy the pool very clean and up to the standard of a luxury hotel.
Pastarama the Italian restaurant in the hotel is really good so of my 5 nights in Vienna I ate there 3 times.
The breakfast selection could improve. The seating area is quite small so we had to wait for the table.The property has so much potential and I heard soon the property is going to have a major renovation.

This is the one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about the room and location was excellent. But the thing that really made it outstanding was the service. They wrote personalized cards to me and my wife. And even wrote a postcard even we checked out of things that the front desk persons recommends we do in England during the next portion of our honey moon. Outstanding, definitely recommend any stay here.

Truly superb staff. Food and drinks exceeded expectations at both Pastamara and the Distrikt steakhouse. Room was spacious and quiet with a wonderful shower.
