We had a wonderful weekend at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Vienna. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfectly suited to our needs. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. We highly recommend this lovely place for a relaxing getaway!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. We were quite impressed with the food and wine offered at their steakhouse. The location is quite convenient, close to the hop-on-hop-off buses stops and not too far from the shopping district.
There are two doors leading to the hotel (front and back). The back door cannot be accessed from outside. One need to walk around the block to get back inside the hotel.

We did not like the pressure to rate the quality of breakfast and service every morning and the prompt to give tips before leaving the table. It felt like pressure sales in a corporate environment.

The property has a great location, and the staff are superb, making you feel welcome. There’s a spa with an indoor pool and a rooftop bar. Breakfast was sometimes slow, but the quality is super. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bath has great quality soaps and salts.
When booking on Booking.com, the premium deluxe room was advertised as having a balcony. However, the room we were given only had a window overlooking the courtyard.

Staff absolutely superb. All food was outstanding as usual. Rooms and bathrooms were of a good standard. The bathroom especially. Once got my bearings hotel easy to find slight walk from city centre.
Honestly can't say anything here. This hotel represented the brand well. Will definite use this and one other as my go to hotel brand in future wherever I stay in the world.

The hotel has great location if you look out for city life and shopping. It offers really nice breakfast and has Sicilian restaurant with some tasty things on menu. Great base to venture out to Vienna.
Any problem you may have will be solved by very nice staff, just talk with them.

Check-in, welcome and room introduction was exceptional. The room was extremely quiet and the entire hotel seemed very well noice isolated. The breakfast the first day was exception with exceptional service. We did leave a top review.
The second day, Monday, the breakfast team clearly had some issues. Orders were forgotten and misunderstood. We observed this was largely due to one service person (Natalia?) that seemed to work incompetently across the tables causing some confusion for the rest of the team. We didn t leave a review but, we are in business so understand staffing issues… The other small issue was the room service wine selection were it appears that only Hotel “branded” wines were on offer.
