Perfect Location and good restaurants Inside hotel
This is the first time I have to wait for a table at breakfast at a five star hotel. It was only for one day, it was every day. Also, the stuff doesn’t clear/clean the tables immediately after guests leave, hence the wait at the door, even though they have available tables. It also doesn’t look good when the tables at both of your side left messy / unattended after the guests leave.

The staff was exceptional going out of their way to be helpful. The Concierge, Oscar, went so far as to walk to a restaurant and book us a table becasue the restaurant was not answering the phone. Matthew, at the front desk, was cheerful and helpful, at one point walking with us outside of the hotel to point us in the correct walking direction. The room was ample especially by European standards as was the bathroom. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning. The selection was extensive and well prepared and even though they seemed a little short staffed the first morning they seemed to get control of the situation and the staff was very pleasant and responsive. Walking distance to all the major attractions such as the opera.

Special thanks to Ryma, Anastasia, Karina from relations, Francesko, Oliver. Everyone from lobby staff to managers were professional. Breakfast great quality. Rooms spacious. Both bath and shower in the room.
Like in other hotels here is the same (for unknown reason) tiny issue with room service timing (quality is great). We had a situation where it was delivered after 1,5 hours. They did not charge us for that. And once again my apologies to Irina (if i remember correctly) for being impatient directly to you.

Excellent and friendly service. Great location. Staff did their best to provide information and an experience at the hotel - sight seeing, food, cocktails etc that impressed.
Was spoiled so did not find anything not to like.
