The hotel is really beautiful but the service is very weak. Still need improvement especially reception desk !
SERVICE - still need an improvement and more flexibility for guests . We land very early, we waited for a room but we were very sleepy and the promised us that will call whenever room is ready and they didn’t . They forgot about welcome drink They made problems with late check out and just to be clear we wanted to pay, the „mamager” told us there are no rooms available and she forget that nowadays you can check availability online and it was planty of rooms available Flexibility I a key for luxury clients.
