Welcoming staff who’s always ready to help with whatever you need, cleanliness, the daily housekeeping service, the location is just perfect
I was looking forward to try the restaurant but it turned out it was closed at the time we stayed there, a little disappointed! We tried the lobby on our last night there - had drinks and bar snacks and honestly not was expecting for a relais and chateaux property! The spa was cute but very small and the pool water was cold!

Accepting undesirables into the bar area who subsequently tried to steal my phone from my coat pocket then after a confrontation he was not ejected or the police were not notified. This was very distressing and disapointing.

Very clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were more than wonderful, always attentive to our halal food and very respectful. The hotel is truly amazing, and the location is excellent, offering easy access to transportation. Thank you so much; our trip was perfect thanks to you.

We had a lovely four night stay at the Amauris. Really lovely hotel. We had three rooms to accommodate our family. Each of the rooms were wonderful. Plenty of room and the hotel had put us in rooms close together on the same floor. We could not fault the rooms. They were spotlessly clean and housekeeping was excellent. We found all the staff to be very pleasant and very attentive. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and made fresh when ordered. We could not fault the choice and quality of the food at breakfast.
We were staying as a family - six adults, one child and one infant. Unfortunately, we found the dining options to be a bit limited and therefore only had breakfast in the hotel which was a shame. Anyone considering a stay at the hotel should check the dinner menu to check it meets with your tastes.
