Location and cleanliness
Safe area
Safe in room did not work and staff failed to correct this.
Bar is same as breakfast area and had no atmosphere.
Sauna is small and way too hot.
Chair in room just gets in the way for the size of the room.

Good location near Rathaus and within easy walking distance if historic/tourist centre. Nice hotel, modern, spacious and generally comfortable room.
Hard floors especially bathroom were not clean. They were not mopped before or during our stay.
Hotel and especially room were much too hot despite turning air-conditioning to minimum (it did not seem to change anything). We needed to open windows when 5C outside to make it bearable, but then it was noisy as on a busy road

Great city location near parliament and the Christmas market. Our room was very spacious and we had a smart TV which was a great feature to connect to Netflix/streaming platforms etc. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend!!

The location is very good. It is in the center of the city. The room is ok with all the necessary staff
Staff was not good (for this price). They didn't help me with my heavy suitcase. They have stairs at the entrance so there is must be someone. But they are relaxed :(

Good location and very central. Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in and bar/restaurant. Beds were comfy.
Rooms were small and I could just about walk around the bed. Cupboard door was off the hinge and for the price of the hotel, we were a little disappointed.
