Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location, with brilliant, friendly, help service - Suzanna was really helpful, and walked us to local restaurants on several occasions rather than just giving us a map

This issue concerns our car, which was handled by the hotel. We left it with them as they offer a valet service. The car was in perfect condition until their driver took it to a garage.
I signed a handover document confirming no damage at the time of passing the car to them. Later, the hotel presented an amended version with added damage descriptions. These appear to have been inserted after my signature, without my knowledge or consent, once it became clear the car had been damaged.
Incidents can happen, and a professional place should have insurance to handle such situations. Unfortunately, Hotel Leo is refusing to take responsibility.
Communication has been very poor, messages via Booking were ignored, and despite multiple emails, I was unable to obtain a proper invoice.
I strongly advise caution when dealing with this property.

I am often reluctant to write excellent reviews because I feel like I am letting go of a secret. The Leo Grand is exceptional on all accounts, and it would be difficult to find greater value in Vienna. The rooms are super cool, and the staff is exceptional. So, I am revealing a secret in confidence that The Leo Grand will have availability the next time I book!
