The location is amazing , right in the center , the hotel was clean, comfortable and has a good atmosphere, the staff hospitality is top class
Sadly they have no parking and the will direct you to park 5 min away from the hotel in a public parking that will cost you 5 euro/hour and 50 euro/day

Beautifully finished throughout, subtly conveying Viennese elegance yet somehow with an almost modernist feel — hotel is a work of art in and of itself; very helpful staff; fabulous location for a first-time visitor; room and bathroom immaculately clean, super-comfortable and well appointed with large windows looking out on Cathedral (complimentary mini-bar a very nice touch).
A la carte breakfast not quite as satisfying as European-style buffet, found the offerings tried a little too hard to be unique, but coffee, atmosphere and service very good indeed.

Bed was very comfortable and the location was great. Reception staff were extremely helpful doubling as a Concierge when requested.
Bar was closed and there was no area allocated for smokers.

The bar was closed but they were more than accommodating to offer alternatives and the mini bar was stocked.

The location was perfect.
Free mini bar and bottle of wine on arrival was nice.
Hairdryer was fab.
Staff superb.
As it is summer season no bar open or restaurant open which was a shame.
Not really many places to sit snd chill.
An overpowering smell of lillies around the restaurant area.
People in room above us were very loud .

Everything in this hotel was great , all the staff are too helpful , when we ask anything for the room they are do it in the same time with no delay !! I think it’s the only hotel did not take the full payment during check in and they took only 50% and the balance took it in check out !!! Even they did not ask for security deposit like most of all other hotels did !!many thanks for every one in reception deal with us ! And for the house keeping too !!
