Wonderful
Great room, very modern and comfy.
Breakfast is a bit pricey but the cafeteria at the ground floor has great option. I would have appreciated a kettle in the room for tea etc.

Very good location. Modern hotel.
There was noice from the parking in the mornings. The breakfast at weekends starts at 8:00, which is quite late and there were 20 people waiting. I personally had early appointments at the University and had to look for other options although I paid for breakfast.

The hotel was exceptional. Very good atmosphere. The room was clean and the furniture was very interesting. On the first floor there is a cafe which was so spacious and it was interestingly furnished.
The one thing I didn’t like was that the tv was not smart and for me it wasn’t needful because the only thing I could watch was Austrian television.

The hotel is in a very good location, just next to Prater and close to subways. At first glance, it looks appealing for kids
On our first night, I realized that the air conditioning in our room was not working. I opened the window, but it was extremely noisy outside. We ended up spending the night without proper ventilation. Later, I tried opening the window again, but this time it became too cold, so we had to sleep uncomfortably with the kids.
Early in the morning (around 7 AM), my daughter went down to reception. The gentleman there told her that the AC should be working and that someone would come to check it around 8 AM. We went to breakfast (which opens at 8 AM on Sundays), but most of the tables were marked as “reserved,” which was a bit odd. The breakfast itself was acceptable, but nothing special.
After breakfast, we returned to our room and waited, but no one came. At 9 AM, we went back to reception. This time, there was a different staff member. I explained again that the AC was not working. She told me that it only operates in summer. I clarified that we were not asking for cooling, just basic air circulation since the room had no airflow. She responded rather arrogantly, telling me to “just open the window.”
I mentioned that her colleague had said someone would check the AC, but she repeated that it only works in summer and insisted that opening the window was the only option.
We stayed two more nights under these conditions. On the second night, I tried opening the window again, but couldn’t sleep because someone on a nearby balcony was smoking weed, and the smell filled the room (we have two small children). The following night was simply too cold to keep the window open.
At checkout, another staff member asked about our stay. I explained everything, and she told me that what we had been told was not correct—the AC should have been working—and that she would send someone to check it. This confirmed that we had been misinformed and left to stay in very uncomfortable conditions.
Other negatives: no proper bathroom door (only curtains), no fridge, and no wardrobe.
