The location was the best thing: near everything. You could go literally walking to the subway, the Prater and even just walking around the city. On top of all of this, it snowed on those 3 days.
The cold of the day outside, but that was expected in this time of the year.

Location was nice and very close to the ubahn station. The room was great and comfortable with some unique design quirks that we enjoyed. The staff was very kind and helpful.
We were in a room located under the rooftop restaurant’s kitchen and it was very noisy in our room because of that from very early in the morning. We also had to listen to the very loud noise of the go-kart track from the amusement park located behind the hotel until 23:30 each nice. We ended up changing hotels because of all the noise for our last few days in Vienna.

The hotel's vibe and design is awesome, and the rooms are really cool.
It's not that close to the city centre, but there's a metro station five minutes away.

- design is truly unique
- location is nice, not very centrally, but very close to Prater, the downtown is comfortably accessible via nearby metro
- loved the Karma bar downstairs - access to beer and snacks 24/7
- can be a good option if you come to 1-2 nights
- generally clean
- only after staying at this hotel I did understand how much I love and need all the hangers, wardrobes, shelves, closets etc. In the bedroom and bathroom. It is really hard to get along without them, especially if you’re a long stayer
- rooms are just not comfy. Initially we were given a room on floor 6 (despite asked for another floor upon check in) - and I woke up at 6 am because of a noise from the restaurant on next floor: moving chairs and heavy kitchen machine working - barely possible to sleep. Next day we were moved to floor 4. Much better option (at least got some sleep), but the bed was sooo creaky so I woke up every time I moved. Generally sound protection is weak
- queen size bed are just small, even thought me and my wife are less than 70 kilos each. If you are bigger - would be challenging for two people. Pillows are too soft
- get read that bathroom and bedroom are the same space, so if your partner wakes up earlier than you - you would wake up too. Plus - not much of a privacy
- bathrobes, slippers, water, tea, coffee, cups, extra glasses, mini bar - forget about them
- rooms are cleaned only if you put a door tag before 11 AM
- staff approach is kinda weird: generally polite and nice, but they solves nothing. Upon check in I asked for another floor (seen reviews about 6 floor and the noise from the restaurant) - and the lady refused to change it because there were no rooms available at all. Next morning another guy moved us to floor 4 in 5 mins. We asked if it is possible to send the postcards - one guy said yes, and when next day as we bought stamps and postcards another guy said that they did not do this at all.
- one more on a service side - there is no phones in rooms, so for every request you would need to physically go down to the reception and wait in line
- cafe downstairs is mediocre. Ordered a coffee to take away, paid for this and only after barista remembered that they didn’t have takeaway cups.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. It is a "very special" place and I loved the themed decor.
The decor is great but I expect to sleep in a comfortable bed and not on a mattress on the floor, Japanese themed room. I also expect a comfortable desk chair to do some work not a stool. Not my taste.

Location , the staff and facilities
We stayed at Superbude Wien from November 30th to December 3rd. Check-in was easy, but when we entered the room, the bed sheets were covered with hair and clearly not clean. It was very late in the evening, and we were not sure if there was anyone available at reception at that time.
The next morning, we informed the staff and asked for the sheets to be changed, and we were told it would be taken care of. However, when we returned to the room in the evening, the situation was even worse. The room was extremely cold, with the lights left on and the temperature below zero outside, and most importantly, the bed sheets had still not been changed.
We then went to reception, where they offered us a room change since no housekeeping staff was available in the evening. We were also informed that as compensation for this repeated issue, the cost of breakfast would be refunded. Unfortunately, this refund never happened.
Considering the high price of the hotel, a basic level of cleanliness should have been guaranteed. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

Loved the beds and sheeting. Loved having a balcony and the temperature of the room was perfect. Great toiletries. Reminds me of the Ace hotel brand in the US at half the price!

The room design needs some work. There are no slippers, no fridge, and it's missing a drawer and a closet. Plus, the towels look pretty worn out.

The hotel has a creative design and vibrant atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable, the location is excellent near Prater and public transport, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
There was no mini refrigerator in the room, which would have been convenient during the stay.
