Exceptional
Amazing hotel for families very close to Prater. We stayed in a Disco Bude and our three year old had the time of his life! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cafe in the lobby was lovely. Highly recommended the pony carousel a few steps away for breakfast and the „Königreich der Eisenbahn“ for a day of railroad fun.

Birds-eye view of Prater amusement park! (Not direcly from our room, but from commonly accessible balconies.) One could go from hotel to ride in 5 minutes! Interesting, somewhat capricious decoration.
We had to keep the curtains of our room closed at all times, because from our large window we were almost face-to-face with people walking on the balcony. Not a general problem, but our room happened to be located right next to the balcony access.

The hotel design is very nice. It is a combination of retro style with modern architecture. I really liked lobby of the hotel with many interesting design details. Our room was also a bit special. Kids loved it. It was quite big.
The main reason to pic this hotel for us was the location. It is just next to Prater where we went with kids. Parking was not for free, but it was not expensive and it was very convenient. I also liked a lot the roof-top restaurant where we had one of the best breakfast recently with an amazing view on the park and Vienna.
The shower in the bathroom did not have a glass door or something to prevent spreading water in the entire bathroom. The water almost went into the room itself.

Wonderful
The hotel was very clean. It was very unique, and trendy. The design value of the hotel was phenomenal for the price. It had great access to the bus/train for longer excursions into Vienna.
We did not realize the park by the hotel was an amusement park. The noise from the park did not interrupt our stay, but it made walking around a little more challenging.

Breakfast was good but at 25 euros really overpriced. Food service staff were sometimes arrogant or condescending. More than once the cappucino we ordered (priced at more than 4 euros) was brought in just a cup. No saucer, no spoon, no sugar... I've never seen that anywhere after living 7 years in Europe. The youthful, hipster vibe of the hotel is fine in many respects but none of the staff seemed like real professionals. Two requests made of the front desk (minor things, like can I buy some of the hand soap you have in the room) were never followed up with answers....

My partner and I had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel has a fantastic, lively atmosphere, filled with young people socializing and giving the place a wonderful, positive energy. The location near Parker Park is also lovely and very convenient.
The room design is highly creative and modern, but in my opinion, it needs some practical improvements. The shower is only separated from the bedroom by a glass door, which allows water to leak underneath and make a mess on the floor. Additionally, the heat and humidity escaping the shower into the main room will likely damage the wood features over time.
Lastly, for a 4-star hotel, there was no fridge or water kettle. These are basic essentials that were sorely missed. Despite these design flaws and missing amenities, the great location and positive vibe still made it a good stay.

Hotel location was wonderful and the gentleman with slightly curly hair at reception was particularly kind to us while check-in.
The room's layout and the fact that the bathroom had no door were not very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was really pleasant and welcoming, I especially loved the lobby cafe, where lots of interesting people were gathered working or studying. I even got some work done there myself and really enjoyed being part of that atmosphere.
Yes, and the whole concept and design of the place is so cool. Me and my kid really had something to explore and enjoy together during our stay. My kid even got a little gift from the staff, which was such a sweet touch. They also have this 'karma fridge' concept, which I thought was such a cool idea.
The room itself was on the smaller side, but that was the category we booked for the price, and it was more than enough for me and my kid.
It was quite cold even with the AC off, which was great given how hot it was outside, though I'm not sure how the room would feel in colder weather.

Great location near the university and park, with wonderful views of the amusement park from the restaurant on the 7th floor. The breakfast is very good and the staff are friendly. My room was comfortable.
The room was a little bit hot a few nights, but I was able to open the window later in the evening once the amusement park was closed (it is a bit loud while open). Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

The location in prater, the accessibility with a stroller
Would have liked to have a mini fridge at the room but there was none. Especially when you travel with a kid and you want to store and keep cool some baby food that is important but kudos to the staff for handling that at their bar fridge so not a dealbreaker of course
