very nice walk anywhere you go, from outside or backside, parking perfect, Prater ingang perfect, next to our car, we will come back thank you very much, there is so much to do in Superbude still.
we didnt know exactly we have to pay after for parking and for breakfast, but its not your fault, on booking.com it is not so clearly informed, maybe you should inform families before they go, 178€ is only room without parking and breakfast in NENI. In our country are breakfast in the price for room automatically, I also asked at checkin - where is the breakfast in the morning and personal didnt tell me we dont have it booked, they said only, it is on 7th floor. Maybe more clear communication :)

What a dellightful, original, quirky, fun place, unlike all the generic hotels! Breakfast was great, very nice selection at the buffet. The location was perfect for a conference in the Messe Wien. Just a few steps away from the subway station, the whole city was within easy reach. I really look forward to a next stay here
I would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee in the room, but I usually travel with my own kettle, so not a big problem. Everything else was great

It was very clean and comfortable, also nice touch to have a water tap in the lounge available. It was also very close to the subway station which meant it was so easy to get around Vienna!
The shower and sink were in the room rather than a separate bathroom, it was a bit tricky as I was staying with a friend but we made it work!

Location good , very close to the Messe , clean, nice atmosphere, restaurant / breakfast was well managed.
As has been previously mentioned by others, the lack of a 'fridge, kettle and proper storage space were a little frustrating when staying for a week. The noise from the Prater was noticeable in the evenings - it did not bother me unduly however, I think it depends on the rooms proximity to the funfair - I was lucky and about mid -way - much closer and it would have been intrusive.

The style of the building is cool and interesting. The staff is super nice, everyone was helpful and kind. As a alone traveler I was happy that I could be in the lobby between people at the evening. The cafe is open till 22 but you can sit there as long as you want. The view from breakfast room is amazing, peaceful. Their shower gels and shampoos smell really good. And metro is not even 5 min from the hotel. I also enjoyed going to a prater at evening
As someone who has headaches often, I needed the hotel for resting and good sleep. The hotel is next to Prater. Not close by. Under my window were motocars and closing windows didnt help. They stopped at 11-12 pm. The matress is hard, And I dont get the blankets. Its stuffed at the edges but the center is just sheet. Shelves were a little dusty and on my bed were two hairs. Also there wasnt a bin with a lid so I had to go and throw food packages to a trash bin at the street every night.

The Prater and the underground station were very close, which made getting around Vienna very easy.The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was very good.There is also a McDonald’s nearby, which is open until 1 a.m. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is beautifully designed and located perfectly to get the most out of the Prater! The rooftop restaurant is excellent!
There are no mini fridges in the room and no way to make coffee or tea, which was a downside. Also, the listing on booking highlights the breakfast, which was confusing as it is not included.

The design is truly unique, and you can easily spend some time wandering around and appreciating all the little details. The room was charming, and the staff was very helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and the subway is just a five-minute walk away.
It was quite warm in the room, making it hard to get to sleep, and I couldn't keep the window open because of the noise outside.

Because it is in Prater, it's quite loud. Especially if you're staying on the top floor because you can hear the restaurant upstairs.
