The metro is only 9 minutes walk with a direct line to the center which is very comfortable.

We had a clean and modern room with all the basic amenities, slippers too which is a plus. You can expect the best sound insulation, we didn't hear any traffic which is right there next to the hotel. Grocery shop is a minute away, fast food close by, as well as a shopping center. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff was very helpful. Owners are also part of the staff, they are in this business out of love. We also got a little gift for New years.
It's tough to write this. The bed was a bit stiff and although the location is fine, you will need approximately 25 minutes to the city center. 10 minute walk to the metro station and another 10-15 minute ride.

We absolutely loved the care and attention of the staff. The owner ensures all needs are met and they have a good breakfast spread everyday. The location is super close to the Alte Donau train station by walk and the river nearby is a beautiful morning walk. Def recommend and we will stay again. The bed is big and comfortable. The room has everything you'd need and was super clean!

A well located hotel with close access ( 5 min walk) to a metro station which then provides good access Vienna's main sites and attractions. Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and provided valuable information and maps to main city attractions. Free parking.
The room was clean and quite spacious but I personally found the bed mattress a little harder than I am use to.

I stayed in the hotel during my last business trip to Vienna. It has a perfect location. It is in a walking distance to the UNO city, so I was able to return there even during lunch break and refresh myself.
My room was very clean, equipped with the air conditioning, my bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
Hotel is also in a walking distance to the largest shopping mall in Vienna, Donauzentrum.
Hotel offers also free parking and free WiFi access.
I was satisfied with everything.

This property was the perfect place to stay for our week long conference at the Vienna Conference Center. The property was quiet, extremely clean, had a fabulous spread for breakfast and had the friendliest, most helpful staff. They also have a private beachfront property you can ask about at the front desk. There is a grocery store next door and a huge shopping mall a couple of blocks away. The subway station is close and old town is just a few subway stops away, without changing lines. It was perfect for our needs!

Nice view on the UNO-city. The breakfast was good and offered a variety.
I checked the location before reserving the room. So I was aware of the possible noise of the traffic. I found a pair of earplugs on the pillow in my room. So if you are sensitive to noise you probably will need the earplugs.

Absolutely everything! Since the beginning we were received by kind and helpful people. The owners were lovely and made us feel welcomed. If you are looking for a great stay, choose them. Delicious breakfast, premium shower, great location, amazing view, with good surprises from the hotel multiple times!
