Very quiet street, fully equipped, washing and dishwasher machines provided. Managing company very quick to answer queries and were most helpful
Positioning of furniture was odd. Couch/bed at 90 degrees to TV so it was difficult to watch. Two dining chairs were wobbly, two plugs didn't work. Also there was no space to pass by the twin beds. You have to go out of one door and in another to get to the wardrobe

Good and nice accommodation. Quiet and clean. Convenient location and nice neighborhood. Highly recommendable. Bathroom & Bathtub & kitchenet all brand new. We were 2 workmates sharing the apartment to attend a UN meeting in Vienna. Very clean and neatly. The bedroom was fine. The sheets, mattress, and pillows ok. You are welcomed with supplies for 2 coffees and teas, which was nice and friendly, specially if you arrived late in the evening. I forget to tell that we will need the sofa bed in advance, and as soon as I commented that, I got linens for the sofa first thing in the morning and guided me in the evening to open it. Near the Prater station, buses and U lines. To reach the Vienna International center you can combine easily U2 Taborgasse with U1 Praterstern, or take the bus 5B very near the apartment, and then the U1 Praterstern, or if you are not in a hurry or it is not too cold, you just walk 15 minutes. Small convenient stores nearby open on weekends and until late.
Recommendations / Suggestions (additional details for a perfect stay)
Security bar at the bathtub (on the wall from which you enter to it). The height of the bathtub is high, a safety bar at the side of the entrance, and perhaps a stool (also for use with the freezer), would help those of us who are elder persons or shorter).
Upon arrival and departure, the service could offer assistance with luggage loading and unloading by the stairs (as long as it's during a time when the residence has a housekeeper, for example). At an additional cost to the guest, this would be an added attraction.
The towels are worn and some are torn. For such a nice apartment, towels could less used/better quality. Sofa bed and Wardrobe needed some repair. I reported to the administration and they took note and committed to repair. The fridge produced too much ice, so a service could be convenient. Some of the TV apps were in a language I couldn´t manage (e.g. YouTube). Although instructions asked guest to reset the apps, it seems not all do it. It will good to check it. As a general observation, it is an instruction to dispose all the food at your departure. This is ok, but since there were very good fresh products, just to consider the idea that we can put it on a box at the departure day for others to have it (or just next to the trash containers). Much less importantly, the coat rack is flimsy and looks like it might fall over if you hang something on it.
And please, consider the stairs if you come with heavy luggage. Perhaps, at least at certain period of time for your arrival and departure, housekeeper could offer assistance with cost.

Location, apartment, cleanness, easy to access because of the digital platform and easy communication with staff.
The first day the heating was down, we arrived late and we didn't understand how to make the room warmer. The next day we contacted the staff and they helped us with instructions available on their digital platform.

Clean quiet comfortable apartment in a good location. 15 min walk to Pratestern, a metro station and tram in 2-3 min. of walk. A lot of super/minimarkets in the area, restaurants (including kosher), a large Augarten park, etc.
Ground floor, inner courtyard - ability to smoke. Fully equipped kitchenette with high-quality kitchen appliances (Siemens). Dishwasher (with tablets), washing machine. Nespresso (with two capsules).
Self-check-in by code lock on entry to the building and apartment. That's much more comfortable than a traditional lock or card: you cannot forget/lose it somewhere.
Mattresses... Two separate mattresses in the double bed.
First, they are too weak. Not soft - weak. If you sit in the middle, legs down on the floor, both mattress sides - head and legs are jumping up from the bed.
Second, they - mattresses are crawl away one from other and you get a hole or, more accurately, a slot through the middle of the bed.

A very clean apartment on the 2nd floor, in Perfect Location ! 300m from supermart, cafés and bus/tram/u-bahn in a very safe neighborhood. You can also walk down to the Inner Stradt. The apartment was slightly different than in booking pics but no issues . All amenities and interiors are modern .
No elevator ! The access to apartment is via 55 run down and worn steps - that’s nearly 4 floors . It should have been mentioned upfront as this can be a decision point and this is a safety is issue due to condition of staircase. It may be good to put adequate toiletries / cleaning supplies . I would definitely come back again if they put up an elevator !

Location was ok.
It did not match the description. 1st: there was no parking, even though this property had marked ‘parking’ was available. There was only a parking garage (not theirs) 250 meters away which was full, and the second one was even further than that - outside parking lot which didn’t seem very safe. 2nd: the kitchen is dangerous - there are cables hanging over there. 3rd: there is mold all over the bathroom walls. 4th: the walls are not soundproof, you can hear everything - even stomping of the neighbours, people coming through the door, talking, toilet flushing and shower running, it is absolutely impossible to sleep in this noise. Not to mention that the host redirects you to their own page after you book the property, very bad user experience, unclear information. They want to charge extra if you don’t clean the kitchen - if I wanted ti have an ‘airbnb’ experience, I would book an airbnb, I am not sure since when booking allows this. The door to the bathroom don’t close easily. The apartment is on the ground floor, next to the street which didn’t feel safe. Bed is super uncomforable. I am very dissapointed.

Great location. Really good kitchen. Lovely bathrooms.
Was described as 2 bedroom but the 2nd bedroom was really only a partition. Very small and cramped with no window or wardrobe. Wardrobe was in the sitting room.
