Location was great and so was the price. Pictures were accurate. Very easy online check-in with an entrance code, which is always appreciated.
Beds were very uncomfortable (double bed was just two beds pushed together) and there were some nasty surprises between them. We could only get a 10am check-out, which is ridiculous by itself, though fairly enough it said so before we reserved the room. At 10:02 the cleaning lady (I assume) walked into the apartment unannounced, we really did not appreciate that.

Clean flat, Nice bed and bathroom. Modern, minimalist look. There is a tram station 300 meters from the flat that goes to inner stadt. Also the district on its own is nice with augarten and Karmelitmarkt
maybe the kitchen lack a bit of natural light but otherwise it was nice

Usual Steiner Residences quality standard. This apartment looks newer that ones named Augarten. Clean, fully equipped, keyless, comfortable. Still looks new and not used too much. Everything is brand new, shiny and white, in high quality. Sparkling clean. Comfortable bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. 10 minutes by foot to city center, 5 minutes to metro stop. Billa market and McDonalds 3 minutes away by foot. No need to meet hosts, but communication with host is excellent via e-mail and especially provided app. Smart TV, super fast WiFi, everything you need for a perfect stay.
The apartment is on a ground floor, and two large windows are facing the street. So you can't let the fresh air in side, and you have to use the curtain because of the people passing by. For a short, one night, stay, it is not a problem. For a longer stay, can be an issue.

Great apartment, clean, has floor heating, has iron even if not disclosed in the ad which was a great surprise. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen is moderately equipped, for a short stay, everything was great.
Location is also excellent, near the metro and everything is a few minutes distance.
Mattresses are not properly fixed so they can move a bit creating an empty space in the middle of the bed.
But they are really super comfortable.

Easy access, clean facilities, all in good working order.
Felt a bit stuffy - since located ground floor facing out onto road, leaving windows open was not a safe option. Room is quite small. Parking was a bit tricky as also the nearby parking garages were sometimes full.

Location and good kitchen appliances. Dish soap and laundry tablets provided.
Some aspects were left dirty, and the contactless entry, though excellent, also made me feel unsafe as i was paranoid about someone else having access to the apartment. Keys would have helped or security door latches

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Vienna. About a 20min walk into the centre but some restaurants located closer and in a very quiet area. The apartment was very large and meant we could spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet too, that worked well for us. Lots of hanging space for clothes too. I l really liked the code entry system for both the main door and the apartment door which is very efficient. There is no lift in the building so I wouldn't recommend if you have mobility issues but for us it was great.
The sofa was extremely hard to sit on but I am really nit picking now. We didn't spend too much time in the apartment so it didn't bother us that much but it really was like sitting on a piece of wood!

I think the property was pretty good value for the money. As the little apartment is right at the street level it can get a little noisy when there is much traffic around.
Eventually we didn't need it, but there is no A/C and when it gets really warm it could be a plus. The pillows were not really comfortable.

Staff answered all my questions very fast.
Quiet street.
Old building and despite the apartment is reasonably well maintained the painting of some walls in the toilet is falling.
Was not possible to shut the heater in toilet off.
No towels in the kitchen.
Not possible to darken the living room and bedroom. Too much light entering early in the morning disturbs the sleep of those unable to sleep with some light.
The bedroom was very small. Around 20 cm from the bed to the walls on both sides of the bed. I barely have space for feet.
