Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean, and it was conveniently located near public transportation. The host was available and responsive when needed.
The 10 AM checkout time is too early — 11 AM would be more reasonable. Late checkout was offered, but only for an extra (and rather high) fee, which many hosts typically waive if no new guests are arriving immediately.

The location was good. Easy check in/out.
The water heater was not working properly so we hd to take cold shower and the wifi is very bad. Also, I received an email that this is not abiding the laws in Vienna, I don’t know what that’s about.

Location, great size for family
They were responsive to our needs though.
The air conditioning exhaust vent was not installed so our first night was hot. Weird that they missed that.
They also didn’t leave extra sheets and pillow cases for the sofa bed.
I didn’t like that they had a note threatening to charge us if we didn’t turn off all the lights and AC when we left the apartment. They should have someone come and check those and not leave it to the occupant (what if we’re rushing and just forgot to do those?).
I didn’t like that we had to clean the kitchen and the dishes before we left. This should be part of their responsibility.

It is highly recommended to stay away from the place.
2 positive points are its location and the quick response of the staff. Beyond that - an unpleasant experience.
A. The arrangement of the room is very strange and really not like in the pictures. The bed is squeezed into a small alcove and very uncomfortable. In order to move from side to side in a bedroom you have to *go through two doors* (picture attached). We have never been to a place that looked down on its guests so much.
B. We arrived at night and there was no hot water in the shower ( they fixed it the next day)
C. At the morning there were many ants in the kitchen. Of course they accused us of leaving dirt in the kitchen (there was a little food left in the kitchen, this does not explain the arrival of ants). They clean it up afterwards.
d. There is no arrangement for keeping luggage after check-in, so if your flight is in the evening/afternoon you have to look for an arrangement.
They have a very stressful rule of charging "energy" if you used too much. How much is too much? How do you decide it's too much? We could not understand.
In short, it is recommended to stay away.

The location was great - just off the old town. It was either 20 min walk or 5 min train ride to get to the center. A/C units in bedrooms were nice to have.
The sofa wasn't set up for our stay and there were no linens, even though I specified in the reservation that we'll need it. Housekeeping could only come the next day to give us linens. We had no hot water one day. People monitor your energy usage and whether or not you are present in the apartment. The first day I turned A/C on to cool the bedroom off so that I don't need to keep it on at night and left for dinner. At 1AM I got an email that we are not allowed to have A/C on when we are not present in the apartment and will have additional charges if we keep doing it. I found it disturbing that I am constantly being watched.

The appartement has lots of light coming in and has a well equipped kitchen with a dish washer. We had a spacious terras (we were on the top floor). Location was great. There is a subway station 5 min walk and with 2 stops you are in the city center. Around the corner is Billa, a supermarket that has all you need. Check in was very easy and the company gives you a code which gives you access to a website that has all information you need.
Internet connection can be better. There is internet and when it is working, it works fine. But it goes off and on.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable and showering facilities good. Staff were responsive when the power went off although it would have been good to have a number to call rather than messaging
Outlook of property across a very overgrown square. Ventilation in shower room not good enough to dry towels and the screen didn’t stop the water escaping from the enclosure. One towel per person seemed mean for a weeks stay and insufficient hand towels for the number of cloakrooms. The wardrobe was full of unused bedding so there was no hanging space.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well thought out, and included all the amenities you could need. I loved the keyless secure entry and we enjoyed the location.
The design of the apartment means the rooms are in the roof of the apartment and because it was warm while we were there we found the apartment way too hot. I enquired about it I was told the air conditioning isn’t turned on until summer. We did open windows when we were around but it didn’t help much and we all slept poorly for the few nights we were there. Often it was warmer inside than outside! I enquired again after two nights of struggling with the heat and I didn’t receive a response from the property. Overall this was disappointing as it would have been a great property otherwise.
