Great location, spacious and fully renovated apartment, elevator and nice and quiet building. Attentive stuff. Great stay for families. Keyless access is great and hassle free. All amenities are top notch.
1. It would have been much better to communicate via the popular WhatsApp rather than a dodgy web chat, as there is no reception and no one have local sim card nowadays when traveling. We all use data plans... 2. The patio of the building is a wasted potential.

This apartment was new and had everything you needed. Including the little things like. Split air-conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine that had washing liquid tabs for us to use (very impressed! I mean who wants to be travelling around with washing powder or having to purchase a box and only use a few scoops), Clothes hanger, A bathtub which was long and deep, (this was perfect for us as we had been on some big hikes before getting to Vienna). And the best thing of all for us women was a separate toilet!! They even had an elevator, so we didn't have to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. P.s This place provides real pillows, not ones that resemble a pancake, preventing the 30 pluss year old groans when trying to get up in the morning.
The only thing I could say that was a downfall was the entrance. The first impression of the front door is that of an abandoned building. Don't let this fool you, there is a small sign to the right of the door that clarifies you are in the right spot. A bigger sign would of made it easier as our taxi had driven off before we were sure.

Location, I can get to appartment from any point of city.
I have too much problemes with communication with owner. I can not pay money for a long time. I don't have any problem with my credit cart but I was always reminded that i don't pay money and my reservation will be cancelled. I could not contact the owners by given phone numbers

Location, washing machine and laundry machine. Rooms size is sufficient. Walking distance to main places, walking distance to public transportation. Elavatoe is OK, and the roof is a nice place to feel the mornings and evenings air
Wifi had issues and it took time the staff to handle it. The owner requires to keep the place clean but there is a lack of supplied tools to maintain it. There is a missing garbage Kan in the toilets, there is Missing towel at the toilets, the kitchen facilities are OK but I have been in places with kitchen supplied much more rich. The living room furnitures are not comfortable and can't be used. Washing machine at the kitchen and the laundry machine were okay, but there is no clothespins supplied. Although the owner insist on non smoking apartments, people are smoking at the stairs room a fact that make the atmosphere uncomfortable.

A/C in both living area and bedroom worked well, Washer was easy to use, Shower had good pressure and hot enough, beds were comfortable, ease of checking in was nice using a code. Area was only locals but felt safe. Easy to get to metro.

The property was well proportioned overall with two separate bedrooms at either sides of the apartment. The kitchen and living space were clean and well proportioned too. Portable air conditioning units were available and we used these because Vienna was really warm. Cant undervalue how much of a life saver these were! Its a short walk to two different subway stations that service Vienna and its usually around 3-4 stops max to see things like the Vienna Opera House, St Stephens Cathedral and explore the expansive nachtmarkt. Its also close to Ernst Happel Stadium if youre there to see football or a concert. Id recommend getting on a taberstrasse station to avoid the crowds Overall really well positioned property and would stay again.
The only thing is if you have a car, secure parking options are not extensive close by and youre not able to park easily outside of the property (albeit there were roadworks signs reducing available parking which I imagine is not always there). I found the closest secure car park was Garage Praterstrasse a 10 minute walk away which worked well for us but its a touch on the expensive side.
