The location is perfect. It is so easy to get to anywhere in Vienna from there and a wonderful place to return to each evening after a full-day sightseeing.
Breakfast was absolutely perfect..wouldn’t change a thing. The staff are super helpful and kind and the location is wonderful.

Superb location in the heart of Vienna, close to almost everything (at walking distance).
Although twin beds were requested 1.5 months in advance, the property wasn’t able to provide them and charged us for an upgrade, ostensibly the only solution. For a 5* hotel, there was no turndown service in the evening. Receptionists would ignore you waiting for over 5 minutes while roaming around and handling back office tasks.

Very clean, nice smart tv and nice bathroom
They don’t have one large bed but two singleness next to each other leaving a crack in the middle. Very expensive room service and food was good but not enough for the price. Expensive rooms and cleaning service was not the best they only made the beds.

People on the receiption were nice
All other team members that were responsible for cleaning and room service in general. Food were never on time. A lot of mistakes.
And bonus: my earing were stolen from the room.
