Wonderful
Everything was great. The location is close to the train station, everyone was friendly. I liked all the staff. The cleanliness /// quiet atmosphere were excellent, and everything was perfect.
As a person with special needs, the sink was too high for me, the bed is high and small for two pers //the bathroom chair in the handicap room was also high//

It was quite despite a lot of guests, it was clean, and comfortable.
Not enough room between the bed and the office table despite the large room. It would be better to put another table and chair in the empty space.

I like that reception employees were polite The metro was few steps away I liked the price I liked the fact that there was a little store at reception to buy few items if the supermarket was closed Room was pretty big Also there is a supermarket right next to the hotel
I did not like the breakfast, food was pretty bad and if many people came it started to make a crowd at entrance , never saw this before And nothing much else to say I askeed for slipers at reception and they could give me 1 pair for 2 people Hotel is not in a great area but next to metro and thats good

Very clean, super close to the metro and the Schönbrunn castle, staff is very nice and helpful, good breakfast with big variety, it’s the same food every day but you have a million choices ?. Beds are comfortable, WiFi is nice and fast.
The only thing was that the bathroom door was squeaky when opened and closed but luckily my 3-year old sleeps very deep and wasn’t bothered if I had to go after she fell asleep

The staff were nice and the check-in was quick. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located at the metro station for 2 main lines, so it's well connected. There are also parking spaces in front of the premises. We enjoyed the balcony of our room. Internet worked well. There's a groceries store next to it. Really great place to stay in.
I don't like the WIFI system, where you need to register in first (for every device, you want to join).

Spacious room, very clean and comfortable, with windows overlooking a tree-filled courtyard. Staff were courteous and the hotel had nice touches like water and fruit in the lobby. The hotel is right opposite a metro station with easy access to the city centre.
Noise did travel a bit, e.g. voices in the corridor or nearby building works in the courtyard, but this was only occasional.

The location is excellent, very close to the metro, which made getting around extremely easy. The room was spacious and overall very clean. I also appreciated having a wardrobe to store clothes. A big plus was the coffee machine in the room – it was great to be able to enjoy coffee comfortably without leaving the room.
Although the hotel is rated as 4 stars, it lacked basic amenities you would normally expect at this level. There was only one product provided, a hand soap that also doubled as a shower gel, which we had to move ourselves between the sink and the shower. There were no slippers or bathrobes, which are usually standard for a 4-star hotel. While the room appeared clean, we did notice some hair on the pillows and towels, likely from handling. The mattress was not very comfortable, although we still managed to sleep reasonably well.

Excellent breakfast and very clean rooms! The facility istself was so close to the public transportations :) nearby there exists many rest and shops. We stayed with our 3 years old and really enjoyed our time during our stay :)
