The Hotel itself is modern and in the vibrant city of Vienna, yet despite a busy road running by it is quiet. So one can relax and catch up on sleep in comfy rooms. Near by Subway station and groceries store. Garage parking and all amaneties needed provided by the hotel.
The entire staff super kind and helpful.
It honestly is a no brainer to book this hotel for a great stay in beautiful Vienna.
Just one small minus for me personal were the beds that are too soft. Firmer beds are more to my comfort. But to each theirs. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Located near metro station offers good connection with the rest of the city. They offer excellent breakfast, rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking garage is available at additional cost.

good for a short stay, pretty close to schonbrunn so I can recommend it.
parking is a bit pricy but cheaper options are nearby so it might not be a problem.

It was a perfect hotel room, exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable, different pillows, coffee, water and it was extremely quiet, we could sleep with the window open as we received a room facing the courtyard. Bathroom was sparkly clean. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of variety, everyone from reception, to housekeeping, to kitchen staff was very polite and helpful. Best in Austria so far! Location is also convenient, you can park the car for a whole day and explore Vienna by metro which is across the street.

- A large hotel (5 full floors plus 2 partial ones, with 46 rooms per floor), offering plenty of choice. Spacious and bright rooms.
- Friendly and courteous staff, ready to help immediately if any issues arise.
Note: With hundreds of rooms, it is difficult for everything to be perfect!
If you approach the reception calmly, you will be treated the same way, and the problem will be resolved. However, if you adopt an aggressive attitude, unpleasant situations may arise. I wanted to mention this because there have been comments noting a lack of friendliness among the staff.
- It is located 100m from the U4 metro station. You can reach Vienna's city center and any desired attraction in 7 minutes. Plus, it is just two stops away from Schönbrunn Palace.
- Varied breakfast.
- Spar supermarket on the ground floor.
- Private underground parking.
- Very clean bed linen and towels, changed daily upon request.
The cleaning could be done more thoroughly!

Very clean hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and various. Very good coffee. Metro station 1 minute from the hotel. Supermarket is right in the hotel building.

The location was a bit far away from center but still a good area. There is a supermarket right under the hotel. Good parking, there are always available places in the parking. The breakfast was good and there was a bit variety and very good coffee. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room is always very clean and fresh after daily cleaning. The staff is welcoming and helpful.
There is also a metro station right in front of the hotel and you can easily get to the center from there.
We were in there in the middle of a heat wave and the air conditioning couldn’t handle the heat very well. The parking is pretty expensive compared to the rest of Vienna (22€ per night). Same breakfast everyday.

The lady at the front desk was exceptionally accommodating. Thank you for everything.
Most rooms have a shared door with the next room. Doors are closed on both sides but it’s extremely annoying/embarrassing to hear everything when someone is on the other side.
