Front desk attitude, early check in cause Leonardo Hotel loyalty programme, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed with good value for money. Also fantastic view from window !
The lift sensor is on flat surface a bit difficult to to touch with a card

The hotel was close to the trains station, so accessibility to the city center was easy.
The staffs were friendly.
There was only one outlet on one side of the room, so was not able to conveniently charge my phones by the bed. Stayed for three nights, my room was only cleaned properly for two nights.

The location was perfect, right near the train station, hop on bus , tram and taxi lines. Danella at the bar was a fabulous addition to our stay. She was very helpful and went out of her way several times for us. Breakfast was plentiful and we'll attended. Small things like lemon water and candy treats were always available in the lobby. We were even allowed an early check in since our rooms were ready.
We would have loved a restaurant in the hotel but Danielle had nearby recommendations.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right across the road from the train station, which made it a fantastic base for exploring Vienna. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room was a good size, though could do with refreshing. There is a water fountain in the lobby which is great for refilling bottles. We never tried the breakfast as we found there were so many options nearby!
