GREAT! Location for needed travel within the city and near the train station for easy access to trains for travel outside of the city. A VERY supportive staff, kind staff. A quiet and clean room, spacious and comfortable. The stay had a feeling of being welcomed home while traveling.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff, modern rooms.
Our only minor complaint is the unusual design of the shower. Even in a room with two twin beds, there’s no door between the shower and the rest of the room, making it impossible to have privacy while showering. Probably not an issue for a couple, but if you’re traveling with friends, be warned.

Excellent location, within walking distance from the main train station.
Helpful staffs.
Can store luggage with hotel for early check out.
No complimentary water in the room. Only realised hotel provide drinking water in reusable glass bottle at the lobby. Would have appreciated if this was informed during check in.
Just a note that the shower has no doors! Something to take note if you are sharing a room with someone else.

Beautiful and spacious room, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was amazing! Didn’t have breakfast at the property but it seemed to offer many options. Excellent location across from Wien Hbf, which made it convenient to reach the city center and airport.

The hotel is very near to the main train station. Tram services also very convenient. We didn't take breakfast, so i unable to give rating for the food. Room is ok and i like the separate toilets.
The room can be improve. Look old style a bit. The room lights not enough bright. The room that we got for 3 paxs a bit cramp.

The location was convenient, as it was super close to the train station so you don't have to walk too far with your luggage and also it was close to the local bus and tram system for traveling within the city. The room was nice and had good lighting, a refrigerator, a hot water maker and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for assistance. If I needed a location close to the train station in the future, I would definitely stay here again.
The shower was in an open area with no door, which did not provide complete privacy - if your roommate had to use the toilet, they had to walk past this open area to get to the toilet room and could technically see you showering. Also, the shower didn't drain properly so you were standing in a puddle of water while you were showering, which we reported so hopefully they fixed it before the next guest(s) stayed in the room.

The room was spacious and very clean, and breakfast was fantastic. Something for everyone’s dietary needs. And staff was friendly.
I paid considerably more for my room than my friend paid for hers, yet we booked them on the same site at the same time.
