Excellent location, comfortable bed, clean, lovely bar area.
Literally in front of Vienna Central Station, very nice view! Was very convenient for us.
We only had half toilet paper in the bathroom, for 2 persons.

Nice clean hotel, staff were friendly, good location.
Just clean coffee machine everytime you are cleaning room, otherwise everything was perfect.

Unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Very poor sound insulation so you can hear neighbor’s toilet and also footsteps from above. The breakfast was poor.

I needed hotel next to train station and it meet all my requirements, the room was spacious and clean, I liked the breakfast as well. also it is convenient that in the reception there is time-table of trains on the screen. Quick check-in and check-out.

The breakfast was nice, and the location is very strategic—right across from the Wien train station. It's especially convenient for travelers arriving late. The baggage storage after check-out is also very helpful.
There’s no door on the bathroom, which makes it easy to feel cold.

We chose this hotel mainly for its location close to the central station, as we planned to leave early the next morning for Salzburg. It turned out to be very convenient for us. Belvedere is also within walking distance, which was a great plus.
The staff were super friendly, and the room felt very cozy and comfortable. Overall, I would gladly recommend this hotel.
The only downside was the cleaning, which could have been better. I noticed some dust and a few hairs, so a bit more attention to cleanliness would improve the experience.
