The underground parking was excellent
-Breakfast options fairly limited especially for vegeterians or lactose intolerant tourists.
-Bathroom has no door for reasons that escape my understanding. For family rooms like we had it's obvious that you may come with a small child that is easily disturbed by the noise or by the light when using the restroom. It just doesn't make any sense. I admit I should have checked myself when making the reservation but honestly did not anticipate that a door may not be there.
-Lack of amenities: no hygiene set etc. 4 stars hotel usually have these kind of small details which suggests attention to details.

The location was perfect, directly across the road from the train station. We were able to get a taxi to our river cruise from in front of the station. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
There was tea and coffee provided but no kettle. There was a coffee maker but no instructions on how to use it.

The location to the transportation is excellent. It is just 4mins away on foot. And it is well maintained and cleaned. In addition, the staff was very approchable and friendly!

It was a great location very close to the train station as we were traveling by train and it was easy to get into the old town by tram. Our room was ready on arrival. Comfortable room and bed.
