Perfect hotel(like other Leonardo's Hotels) to stay overnight before/after your flight. Right infront of Main Railway Station, easy to get to the Airport or to the city center. Pricewise is very good. Bar in the lobby is nice.

The staffs were kind and supportive. The room was clean and cozy and there was a re-filling drinking water for free.

The bed was comfortable, location good and the breakfast as well. Room was like in the picture. Even if its located in front of the station, you cannot hear anything from outside.
This opinion is according to my expectations of a 4* hotel: So the pillows were not comfortable at all. Cleaning my room meant just making the bed and changing the towels. The shower was a mess, I struggle not to make a splash. TV has just channels in german language, or some in japaneese, russian, but nothing in english, or no settings to change the language.

The shower was comfortable and gave a lot of space. The room overall was very open. One could decide to open the window shutter to the bathroom. Breakfast was having sufficient tasty offers and staff was fast in cleaning the tables.
The shower was very open. One was not able to close the shower area off, so water was spilling over into the remaining part of the bathroom. The bathroom did not have a door either, making it unable to keep a kid or other eyes out.

The room was spacious and very clean, and breakfast was fantastic. Something for everyone’s dietary needs. And staff was friendly.
I paid considerably more for my room than my friend paid for hers, yet we booked them on the same site at the same time.

Excellent location, within walking distance from the main train station. Helpful staffs. Can store luggage with hotel for early check out.
No complimentary water in the room. Only realised hotel provide drinking water in reusable glass bottle at the lobby. Would have appreciated if this was informed during check in. Just a note that the shower has no doors! Something to take note if you are sharing a room with someone else.

The location met my needs. I was a little confused on which exit from the train station to use. We did a 15 minute walk with luggage instead of the advertised 5 minutes walk advertised on the property website.

The hotel was clean, and the room was well kept and comfortable.
The staff could be significantly more friendly and welcoming. The minibar in the room was completely empty, without even a complimentary bottle of water, and the air in the room was noticeably very dry.
