The staff was very friendly and warm. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent.
In general everything was great, except that the water pressure in the shower was low.

Room was exceptionally clean, at the first entry very nice smelling, we have noticed every morning it is cleaned.
Heating was really good. While we were there temprature was -3 and snowing and room was always warm.
Room has hair dryer, and a kitchenette with coffe machine, electric cooktop, working refrigerator, microwave and set of plates, cups, forks and knives.
Bathroom, hot water supply, towels are all clean and in good shape.
Room has a lot of electric outlets and also a charging station.
Bed, headlamps are all very good.
Rooms and building are made tidy everyday.
Breakfast is available all days and with good quality and reasonable price.
Location is Mariahilfer Str., we have visited in winter and was very calm, maybe summer would different. But it is only 7 minutes walk to U-Bahn station and also tram and bus lines are just on minutes. It takes only 40 minutes to Vienna Airport.
Lots of nearby patisseries, breakfast providers, bakeries, restaurants and small food shops.
Vienna Technical Museum, Schönnbrunn Palace is in walking distance.

The manner in which the director handled our situation... professional, kind, and fair. We had booked a room based on the description, yet upon arrival, were given a much smaller room without the amenities listed. The director made concessions, which we found acceptable and generous. We have stayed at Stanys at least once or twice a year for the last few years, and this is the first of such incidents. Very pleased with the resolution.
There were already a pair of underwear on the balcony upon our arrival, so cleaning was not their strong point. Also, the cleaning crew came into our room over an hour before check-out, simply because we were not there. We had went for breakfast, whereas Stanys does not have an acceptable vegan brekfast, which is fine, but our room should not have been entered before check-out.

Very spacious apartment, comfortable and clean.
I was in the 'Monkey Standard' as one person, would have fit a couple comfortably. The wafers on the pillows were a nice touch.
The location is great - close to a supermarket and a pharmacy, right next to a cafe, walking distance from the U3 line.
The windows blocked most of the noise at night.
The only qualm is that it was a bit dark and the showerhead had to be turned on for it to work.

Wonderful
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the underground station, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. There were also several nice local spots nearby, including an ice cream and a bakery shop next door. Schönbrunn Palace was also very close, which made sightseeing easy. Overall, a very convenient place to stay, especially for exploring Vienna. I would recommend it to others looking for a well-connected and comfortable place.
However, during our stay, there were construction works happening in front of the hotel. This caused some noise and minor inconvenience, especially during the daytime. It would have been helpful to know about this in advance.

Great location: just a few minutes' walk from the West Station and Mariahilfer strasse, / or just one stop with the tram.
There are two traditional Viennese restaurants opposite the accommodation, and several small international restaurants, ice-cream parlours and bakeries in the street. The tram stops practically in front of the house, providing easy access to Schönbrunn.
Our room was spacious, space was not spared, there was room for everything. The mattress was very comfortable.

Staff very kind and helpful, and hotel decent.
Room on yard side very nice and quiet, but we changed rooms for an additional night. The room on the first floor on the street side is noisy, but expected.
But one of the beds (room 17), suuuper noisy, and the shower sides wonky.
