The 18th-floor restaurant was truly the highlight of this stay, offering a great view and atmosphere. The room was well designed for accessibility, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also excellent.
Some maintenance issues were noticeable in the room, such as the toilet door and broken cabinets. I’m not sure if this applies only to the special needs room or to all rooms, but the overall furniture and design felt very plain. Everything was grey, with no carpets or decorative elements, giving it more of a hospital-like feel than a hotel room. Additionally, there was no lighting in the shower, and a strange noise could be heard, probably due to the proximity to the station.

They gave us a room for Handicap which was not suitable to us, but no issue with it. the cups were not washed when they cleaned the room with no refills of coffee capsules and tea.

Stuff was very kindly, great location, spacious room.
Closer 4* than 5*.. No concierge in 5* hotel during evening (maybe only during day), kindly receptionists (ladies) was also and concierge.. After maybe 45 min to one hour when i went to my room all my luggage with documents etc inside was staying on the front of my room (in the hallway) instead inside of my room..

Breakfast was lovely and the view was breathtaking. The location of the hotel was amazing, too.
The staff was not very welcoming when we arrived and the driver that was supposed to pick us up at the airport was not in the location we were told leading to 25 min wait.
