City view from the Room and the Restaurant floor, Placement close to the city center and the transportation hub. Breakfast is perfect. For Jewish people good placement (not the breakfast :) - close to kosher restaurants and Beit Habad of Viena
There are some wear signs on furniture, a sliding math glass wall between the bathroom and the room, and one of the sections was stuck inside the wall, so closing wasn't possible. We got a proposal to change the room, but all the staff was already in the closet.

Was in a great location and the hotel was incredibly clean and tidy
The air con in our room didnt work. We went to reception and mentioned on 3 occasions there was an issue On check out they genuinely looked shocked it didnt work and basically said we shouldve let them know

Walkable for most attractions area. The room is clean. Drinks are included in the room.
-Booked two room and both beds are very uncomfortable. It not even flat and need to be replace. -200 euro deposit per room and credit card got flagged for fraud from it. End up calling long distance to unlock my card and changed the pin number over the app to have it unlocked. -the hotel wasnt fully occupied but got pushed to the lowest floor of rooms with no view for no reason. Suspect because I booked from 3rd party (booking.com) or they are just racist. Unacceptable for the price I paid.
