The staff is polite. Helped find a forgotten item in the room.
The hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel. But it is a maximum of a four-star hotel. The rooms are like prison rooms, all in gray, a small window and minimalism in the room. The bathroom is very uncomfortable, combined with the room and water spreads throughout the room, the shower is uncomfortable. If you are used to classic five-star hotels, then this will definitely not suit you. They promise a spa, but there are 2 small jacuzzis and that's it. And if someone is already in the jacuzzi, then it is clear that you will not go to the jacuzzi. In the restaurant in the evening, when ordering wine, they insist on ordering food as well, if you do not order food by 22.00, you are thrown out to the bar. I am shocked. The sockets in my room did not work.
