Location is good
Reception people not very pleasant
Lobby bar closes very early, before 6pm
Not possible to order any food late in the evening, neither at the upstairs bar nor in room service (only available item was milk and cookies ahahaha)

The location of the hotel is amazing, and the reception staff are very helpful and extremely welcoming. I had a situation where I took a taxi to the hotel, but I didn’t have any cash on me and the driver didn’t accept card payments. The hotel reception immediately stepped in and kindly paid the fare in cash for me. I truly appreciate their classy and professional attitude.

Good facilities, comfortable bed, great location, Loft bar gave excellent views of the city though v warm on a warm day.
Bar in reception area not overly inviting, and strange fashion show seemed not a good use of space. Shower seal not great and leaked into walkway but that’s being v picky as overall great hotel

I had a wonderful stay at SO/Vienna. The design of the room was truly impressive! Every centimeter was thoughtfully planned and incredibly practical. From the layout to the details, everything felt intentional and smartly done. A perfect balance of comfort and style. I can’t wait to return!
