Beautiful room (ended up with a free upgrade even). Well laid out and supplied with all the conveniences including a good coffee machine. Excellent breakfast buffet in a gorgeous setting with an amazing view over the city.

Great location. Easy to reach from anywhere in the city — by taxi or even on foot.
The photos on the website do not match reality. In our suite, there were many stains on the furniture and textiles. Some details were literally falling apart during use (shampoo dispenser, flush handle). The sofa in the living area was completely uncomfortable to sit on.
Towels and bathrobes looked old and had stains.
Housekeeping was very poor — they only made the bed and replaced towels. Cups and glasses were never washed during the stay. The biggest issue was with finances:
• €600 was charged by mistake (still not refunded);
• €400 was charged after our check-out, although we had left a cash deposit which was already returned.
In total, €1000 was charged without any explanation.

The location is great, the room was very nice, clean, quiet, great view, garage parking and I liked the fact that the breakfast took place in Das Loft and it was a mix between buffet and a la carte.

They gave us a room for Handicap which was not suitable to us, but no issue with it. the cups were not washed when they cleaned the room with no refills of coffee capsules and tea.

Breakfast was lovely and the view was breathtaking. The location of the hotel was amazing, too.
The staff was not very welcoming when we arrived and the driver that was supposed to pick us up at the airport was not in the location we were told leading to 25 min wait.

The room facility
Very far from the center also and the reception employee told us we cannot have the room before 3 PM and it is was 10 AM and it’s raining outside We told her that we will pay extra. We cannot stay under the rain. She said she cannot do anything for us !!! after half hour other employee came and we talked to him and he help us and give us the room without extra so I don’t understand why the first employee said NO ??!!

- The room had an absolutely amazing view. For us this was the main reason to book the hotel and we were not disappointed.
- Thei sauna is decently hot (around 90 degrees Celsius).
- The gym is well equipped and has a proper squat rack. Quite rare for a hotel.
- A few things were worn out or slightly broken. For instance: One of the window covers was stuck and could only be moved with a lot of effort. At some point we just gave up and left it on a closed state. A much smaller example: The soap dispenser for the shower regularly fell apart when trying to use it.
- Breakfast is okay but it feels that you mostly pay 42 euro per person for the view and ambience. You can get better breakfast elsewhere for a smaller price.
