Hotel is quite high and allow for a very nice view of the City. It is even better during breakfast or a drink at the "Das Loft" on top floor. I was upgraded to a very big room. very clean. staff were great, including cleaning team that came to ask if i am missing anything in the days i Signaled that cleaning is not necessary.
Hotel is located on the edge of the center . i liked it but some may need to adjust. Public transport is very conveniently located 250m from the hotel.

The Hotel location is excellent with an amazing roof top view. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It was my husbands birthday and they organised a birthday breakfast delivered to the room which was excellent.
Our room sadly had one window with the blind not closing but apart from that it was very good

Overall
While checking in; we re not informed of being punished of 250 Euros if smoking in the room. While checking out; whether i told that we’re not informed about non smoking rooms, They did not even listen to me. Furthermore; They fined of 250 euros. They took my 250 euros and the did not even give me a receipt or something like that. I do not know who take my money; the hotel? Reception man? City authorities? No receipt. It is like robbery. They should have informed me abaut money fee before my accomodation!!!!!

Great location and modern hotel. Comfy room and hiccup with one room was frustrating but well handled by staff and provided an upgraded room.
Breakfasts only reasonable for this level of hotel- bit understaffed and spread good but not great.
