Great location, within walking distance of most things we wanted to see and with nearby public transport links. Staff were excellent, always polite and helpful. Great breakfast with spectacular views. Room was light and airy and not too warm!
Spa facilities (jacuzzi, steam room) are modest for size of the hotel. There is a DJ playing (loud) music in the top floor bar area Wednesday to Saturday nights from 8/9pm so it isn’t really a relaxing place to have a drink and enjoy the views, which was a disappointment. On Saturday night there was a large queue of people waiting to get into the hotel to go to the bar so it’s not really a space for guests in the evenings.

modern, stylish rooms to the exceptional cleanliness and comfort. The staff were outstanding, providing warm, attentive service that truly elevated the experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is upscale, elegant, and unforgettable.
Honestly, there was very little to dislike. If anything, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Amazing stay! Room was very spacious, clean and with outstanding view. Also have to mention great additions like whirpool, sauna and the bar/restaurant at the top of the building which was really unique experience. We were very satisfied.

Everything was perfect for my boyfriend’s birthday! The room was spotless, warm, and featured high-quality linens and a stunning Ferris Wheel view. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the city center. A special shout-out to the staff, especially Anousha Jahangard—her professionalism is outstanding. She went above and beyond to make this celebration truly special. Highly recommended for a premium experience!

As usual the room and overall services are great and we had the best times.
breakfast was not included in the room charge, which is already very high but we were asked an aditional 42€ per person for a single breakfast. That is unaceptable to us!

Amazing view from hotel room and from the restaurant at the top floor. Fantastic gym and fitness area. Cool room in total white and excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast best the best view of Wien. Good location with walking distance to every main attractions.

Perfect location, very nice staff, parking with car charging stations, very good brakfast and nice view fron the rooms. Hotel very well equiped and the location is simply pefect. Fitness / Gym well equiped. Cardio zone separately from the rest of the gym - I liked it much.
Spa is open from 12:30 till 21:00. So if you come just for one day, and come late, you are not able to use it. But never mind next time I know and at the reception they told, there is no problem to use spa also after checkout.
