The location was excellent to walk to the Museum Distrct, the palaces and Opera house. The staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to resolve any issues.
Room 14 - the view was onto a brick wall with a vent outlet on and to the side was a covered area. We did look at a number of other rooms which were very good, some with a view of the church.

Loved our stay, the room was very well appointed and the classical vinyls in the room with a high quality record turntable made spending time in the room memorable. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea that was available every day at no xtra cost. The lounge area was inviting and the staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

What a great hotel in a quiet and peaceful environment! It is an example of hospitality: friendly staff, warm and cozy rooms! Adding a royal breakfast at a home-like salon with beautiful piano music. We felt like at home and it was sad to leave! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our time here! The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, and sights just a short walk away. The room was beautifully cozy and spotlessly clean. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!
